Movie Title： Watch “The Polar Express” Inductive
This movie tells us a story about a boy who believes the Santa is exist.He waits for the Santa on Christmas Eve.After a while,"The Polar Express" comes and the conductor invites him on aboard to take an extraordinary journey to the North Pole with many children who come from the whole world.The boy and his friends get into troubles on the way,they solve problems with concerted effort and then they arrive the North Pole.There,the boy receives a bell as a gift from the Santa.After he back to home,he finds only believe in Santa exists really can hear the bell ring. The movie reflects the cultural values of that when lots of children grow up,they lose their childishness and turn into reality.Just like they don’t believe the Santa is true when they are not still young.

《极地特快》讲述了一个平安夜里发生的故事，故事中一个小男孩和伙伴们坐上了一辆非常神奇的火车，火车开往北极去寻找圣诞老人。一路上的奇遇使他渐渐意识到只要心中有信念，生活的希望和美好的幻想将不再是空中楼阁。克劳斯渐渐明白，只要敞开胸怀学会信任，才能看到美好的一切。他做到了，并得到了圣诞老人送出的第一份礼物——一个铃铛。这是一个充满魔幻的铃铛，只有“懂得信念”、“相信世界上存在圣诞老人”的人才能听到铃铛发出的“叮当”声。当初这个小男孩并不相信有圣诞节，更不相信有圣诞老人，自从经过了这次特殊的旅游之后，他便相信圣诞节是现实的。小男孩终于听到了美妙的声音，他从圣诞老人那儿学会了“信任”和“勇敢”。
作为一部动画电影，《极地特快》无论从故事情节的设计、人物神态的刻画还是画面的冲击力来说都让人感到惊喜。极地特快列车路途中的惊险刺激让人回味无穷，终点北极欢快热烈的气氛很有感染力，然而电影也不乏幽默。列车顶的神秘人也让人产生遐想，而正是在他的引导下使得克莱斯从不相信圣诞老人到相信这个过程自然且合情合理。
电影中的男主角从不相信圣诞老人的存在，直至亲眼看见了圣诞老人，学会了相信；小女孩学会了领导团队；调皮的男孩学会了谦虚；胆小的男孩学会了自信……每个人都成长了，正如列车长给孩子们检出的车票字母、在小男孩回程的车票上打出的：“BELIEVE”，也许这也是圣诞老人的真正目的。

电影中的主人公正因相信有圣诞老人的存在，才有了这次难忘的旅行，记得片中的结尾处是男孩的独白：“曾经，我们都能听到那铃铛的声音，可是随着渐渐长大，很多人就再也听不到了。过了几年，我妹妹也听不到了，可是我，永远都能听得到这铃铛发出的响声。”男主角最后的旁白，暗示着人们都开始长大，连他的亲妹妹也不例外。有些东西是否存在取决于我们是否相信他。 突然想到了自己，曾经相信安徒生童话，相信精灵的存在，也相信有圣诞老人。 只有相信圣诞老人的人，不管多大，过了多长时间，都还是一样能听到那铃声。或许我们应该将尘封的梦想打开，重新去追寻，让自己也像克劳斯一样最终找到希望的铃铛！

I think I'm moved by her.So whenever I meet difficulty the mood is not good I will tell oneself : " Tomorrow is another day. " 'Gone with the Wind' is absolutely a good book that is worth sampling repeatedly the characters are graceful the plot rises and falls exciting boldly and unconstrainedly though the subjective factor because of the author among them the appraisal on U.S.A.'s Civil War is not objective and overall but as to angle of literature this one fine piece of writing generation definitely absolutely worth visiting.

初恋50 First Dates
What would it feel if I can wake up everyday forgetting what happened for the last whole year?
Lucy in the movie “50 First Dates” told me this feeling. Every morning when she woke up, she only rememberred the Sunday of last year which was her father’s birthday, also the date she had the car accident which made her only keep memory before Sunday, so she always felt happy living the same habit as what she did on Sunday a year ago with the kind set-up by her father and brother. After meeting Henry, she could only remember who he was on the same day. But after one night, he became a stranger to her. She couldn’t even recognize he was the one she used to date and love everyday. Henry tried his best to give her a new different meeting every day so as to win her smile and regain their “First Date”. Henry made her tapes every morning to help her remember what happened the day before and the last whole year. Lucy thus felt grateful with all she had when she woke up everyday. 四、培养创新精神和实践能力的途径
我们学校教学的问题的存在不仅仅是教育制度和老师的教育方法的问题，同时也有学生等方面的问题，这不是把国外的教育模式生搬硬套进来就能解决的问题。但我们可以批判地吸收国外高校培育人才的经验，改变学校一些不合理的制度，提高老师的教学质量，培养学生的创新精神和实践能力。
（一） 作为一所专科院校，一些与专业相关的必修课程不可能太少，但可以适当增加选修课数量和课时，让学生有更多的机会学习自己感兴趣的知识，并且在选修前鼓励学生到课堂内旁听。
（二） 增加实训课的次数，提高学生解决实际问题的能力，积累实践经验。
（三） 逐步提高学生参与课堂讨论的积极性。调整课堂时间的安排，减少讲解的时间，给学生与学生之间、学生与老师之间更多交流的机会，给学生充分发表自己见解和自主思考的机会。
（四） 以案例、实际问题为中心组织教学。老师在教学设置时，应该把学习的背景从课堂迁移到生活中。这样能让学生更加明确学习的目的和作用，教学方式也更有实践性。
（五） 多一些按小组分配学习任务。伟大的创造往往离不开团队的合作，通过团队合作不仅能培养学生的团队精神，增强团队合作的能力，还可以促进同学间的友谊，增强与他人沟通交流的能力。 （六） 尊重创意，奖励创新。只有得到社会的认同，创意才能延续；只有得到资金的支持，创新才能源源不断。 （七） 鼓励学生参加义务活动。在收获实践经验的同时，义务活动也能帮助学生更好更快地了解社会，融入社会。服务社会的过程，也是一个塑造人格的过程。 八） 考核方式多样化。人才没有统一的定义，考核也不应该有唯一的标准！ 总结 社会的激烈竞争要求我们必须要转变传统的以教为主的理论教学模式，只有提高大学生的创新能力和实践能力才能符合不断变化的社会的需求。因此，如何培养和增强大学生的创新精神，提高大学生的实践能力是教育工作者的一个永恒的课题。而作为一名二十一世纪的大学生，更应该敢于创新，勇于实践。虽然创新意味着可能会犯错，实践意味着可能会失败，但那又如何？正如我们对于青春的选择：不求无过，但求无愧
