Half a semester flies !During this period, I harvested a lot.Mrs.Wei not only explained the sentences and constructions of texts, but also instructed the subjunctive mood and all kinds of grammatical terms ,making me review grammar knowledge better and enrich vocabulary largely. What’s more, Through several text practices and detailed corrections, I command some writing tips and write texts more fluently.

Reviewing this half a semester, I realize college english learning is also a challenge.Firstly, abundant vocabulary is very significant.To some extent,it is the precondition for enhancing the reading and writing ability.Only through enriching vocabulary continually,can I read quickly and express exactly what I want to say. So, I sticking to remembering the words everyday. Secondly, college english learning relies on our own efforts to a large extent.Due to the short class hour, the introduction of our teacher in class is limited.Therefore, it is necessary for me to preview beforehand and review after class so that we can get a good command of our english knowledge.In addition, the expanding learning such as the extracurricular reading and online learning is also a essential way to enhance our english ability.

In the following half semester, I will adhere to above learning methods. Besides, I will read newspapers and magazines frequently. it can improve my english reading speed and enhance my language sense. I also will accumulated more Beautiful English sentences to improve my english writing ability.

二分部初一英语备课组期中总结

为了适应我校分部切块管理的模式，我们英语备课组半学期以来所做工作汇报如下：

1．认真执行学校和分部的规章制度，履行自己的职责；

2．在初一英语备课组集体备课后，我们又进行第二次备课，不仅备内容，更关键是备教法，每位老师都毫无保留地发表自己的观点，通过课堂的展示，再进行交流，取人之长，补己之短；

3．我们轮流随堂听课，及时评课，互相学习；

4．我们所有作业统一，彼此配合融切。

通过第一次月考和期中考试，我们本部彼此相差无几，但与其它部的部 分班级相比，还是有一定差距的，经过我们的反思和调查，可能存在以下问题：

1．对学生要求不到位，课后督查不到位；

2．学生学习缺乏方法指导；

考试以后，面对我们的成绩，不得不反思，我认为，人生的道路上失败是难免的，但关键是如何面对失败，克服困难，重见光明，经备课组讨论，今后做法如下：

1．提高课堂效率，向40分钟要质量；

2．与班主任积极配合，增强英语作业的督查力度；

3．有针对性教会学生学英语的方法，提高学习效率；

4．利用班级“帮抚结对”办法，提高中等生的成绩，使差生积极赶上。
