高二23、24班教学组工作总结

月考结束后,高二23、24班教学组组织了教学总结会议,我组老师通过教学组会议分析了两个班出现的各种问题,进一步明确了下一步教学工作的重点、难点。通过会议,确定了两个班的边缘生、尖子生的名单。

工作的重点:

(一)一定要向课堂的45分钟要质量,努力打造高效课堂。

通过会议老师们认为课堂必须要做到四点:一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况,科学合理地确定课堂的教学目标,编制科学合理的导学案;二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程;三是教学中适时指导、监控、反馈、激励,以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果;四是课堂重视各学科基本素养的落实和训练。

(二)要精讲,重实效,勤演练,平时教学要努力做到四点。

(1)专题阅读

通过该步使学生对本专题知识形成一个网络体系。

①编发学案包括:专题知识结构图和题目化的导读提纲;

②安排专门时间 组织学生依据学案导读提纲进行精研细读,让学生认真排查知识点、能力点、命题点,弄清热点、疑点、难点、重点,从整体把握知识结构、形成知识网络。

(2)专题精讲

对学案尽量全批全改,根据学生掌握情况确定讲解内容和讲解方法;(内容包括单元的知识结构及涉及的学科能力,解题思路及解题技巧,知识的易错易混点及解决办法,历届考生的失误教训等。)要求教师讲解务必精要,绝不浪费1秒钟。

(3)专题训练

①要求必须既有解决知识广度和熟练程度的基础练习,又有针对性地解决知识系统和专项解题能力的专项练习,还有解决解题准确性和解题速度的定时练习。

②单元练习必须经过精选,一般不使用成套现成的资料。严格筛选,老师先下水做过的题才能交给学生做。

(4)专题训练讲评、补偿

①根据专题训练情况,找出存在的问题和缺漏处;

②教师认真写出讲评方案,及时讲评 ,要求从解题规范化、解题方法、表达的严密性、考虑问题的思路及如何做到会做题得满分,不会题也力争得分等各种角度评析题目,让学生有章可循,心中有数。

③学生根据教师讲评和要求及时查漏补缺、及时纠正错误。

月考虽然已经结束,但是学生暴露出来的问题也是老师在教学中出现的问题,这些问题需要我们认真去反思,总结,改进。我们一定要在今后的工作中进一步增强科学的教学意识,努力提高两个班的教学成绩,努力干好年级的各项工作,决不辜负年级领导、学校领导的期望。
