第二篇：街道办事处副主任个人工作总结

20xx年x月x日星期六20xx年x月x日，鱼峰区五里亭街道办事处所辖八个社区分管低保工作的副主任齐集龙擎苑社区会议室，进行低保工作经验交流。五里亭办事处主任张少敏、副主任谭梅以及低保工作主管文博参加会议，会议由谭梅副主任主持。

会议有三项内容，一、办事处低保工作主管文博就前期对各社区低保工作的检查结果进行通报；二、龙擎苑社区主任高景富和分管副主任黄由分别做主题汇报，与会人员对龙擎苑社区低保管理工作进行评议、交流；三、办事处副主任谭梅以龙擎苑社区为示范，结合市民政局《20xx年城镇低保工作规范管理评选活动评分标准》进行点评，并提出今后低保工作的要求。

会议结束前，办事处主任张少敏作总结性讲话。他说：低保工作经验交流会之所以在龙擎苑社区开，主要是柳州市和鱼峰区低保工作检查小组对龙擎苑社区的工作感到满意。我们通过现场交流也可以看出，龙擎苑社区的低保管理工作是规范的，这缘自他们的责任心强，工作标准要求高，这是我们应该学习的。我相信，通过这次交流，会将五里亭街道各社区的低保工作向标准化、规范化推进，并提升到一个新的水平上。

五里亭街道办事处对低保管理工作一向极为重视，这次召开工作经验交流会是为了将辖区的低保工作进一步进行整合与推进，以迎接国家民政部对低保工作的检查。
