重自己的师德修养和人格塑造，加强自己的理论素养和专业技能的学习提高，

生成自己的教育智慧，做一个学习型教师，与学生共成长。

四，教师要学会反思，在互动中成长。

在学习课程的过程中，可以通过班级论坛发帖提问，跟贴讨论。尽管这里的

交流具有任务的性质，内容很是简略，问题也不那么深刻，回答多半三言两

语，片言只语，而且具有相当大的随意性。但是这里可以向专家教授请教，

能得到他们的一些些指点，无疑对学员来说，都会有指点迷津的作用，是极

其珍贵难得啊。参与培训的学员都是一线的老师，与他们交流也很有意义，

尽管简单的一句问话或是回答，反映的却倒是真实的情况。从中多少能了解

我县少数民族学校的教育状况，也能看出些教师们流露出的某些心态特征。

另一方面，还可以交流一下感情。所以，从这个角度来说，交流学习，使大

家能互相了解些彼此学校的相关教学情况，还能交些朋友，产生友谊，都是

很有些意义的。

通过学习和交流，我认识到未来教育需要科研型的教师，而不再是“教书

匠”。教师要想从“教书匠”转为科研型教师，必须树立终身学习的观念，给自

己不断充电，消除职业倦怠。由于我们从事的教育事业，面对的是一群对知

识充满渴求的孩子，将他们教育好是我们的责任和义务。要想给学生一碗水，

你必须有一桶水。所以，我们必须学习，在学习中不断地总结，不断地反思，

从而提高自己的专业素养。反思可以促进我们的成长，教学不仅仅是一门复

杂的学问，它同时也是一门高超的艺术，需要我们不断去研究，不断地去反

思，不断地去提高。惟其如此，我们才会在教师专业化成长的道路上走得更

快，走得更好！

总之，经过了此次培训，我领略了专家们的治学严谨、博大才学，深刻

反思到自己的学识水平相差甚远和平时教学方法的浅陋。感觉自己知识功底、

教学方法、思想认识、心理素质等等都还有很大的漏洞。“国培”是增长知识和

提高素质的理想学府！在这里我增长了知识，忘记了辛苦；增添了欢乐，抛

开了烦恼；增强了自信，努力摆脱教学上的困境！提高依靠努力，努力走向

成功，成功赢得荣誉！为自己的今后教学和管理增添了很多宝贵财富！这次

培训是短暂的，但是留给我的记忆与思考是永恒的。带给我思想上的洗礼，
