一、论文题目                          

切忌：

1. 无背景依托：要求**企业/**单位……；

2. 论文研究多中心；

3. 论文章节、小节标题不恰当；

4. 论题论点过于陈旧，应与企业管理热点相切；

二、开题报告                            

开题报告相当于给毕业论文/设计做的一个计划表，在开题报告中要写清楚为什么要研究这个课题（也即研究背景及意义）、毕业论文/设计的时间安排等。

写开题报告时要注意：只写“对题目的陈述”部分，其中包括：

1.       1000字左右的文献综述——内容包括：

1.1 选题背景、意义（即为什么要写这个题目，写这个题目有什么理论意义和现实意义）；

1.2国内外相关文献评述（请标出参考文献，精确到页码）；

2.         课题研究的方案设计（方法、手段、技术路线、可行性论证）——内容包括：文本的研究内容、方法和结构安排；

3.         主要进度安排——写清楚每一部分的时间（某年某月）和任务安排，一直写到论文答辩。具体请参考“开题报告样板”；

三、研究方法                            

1.“资料收集法”不是研究方法；

2.“实证研究”。什么是实证研究？通过经验观察的数据和实验研究的手段来解释一般结论，并且要求这种结论在同一条件下具有可证性。其程序是：建立研究假设—操作化（概念具体的定义、测量和检验的方法）—收集数据—分析数据—得出结论；

3. 案例分析法，要求必须有案例。

四、毕业论文调查                         

     毕业论文调查提纲为毕业论文服务，所以在调查时应注意与自己的论文论题靠拢，在撰写提纲时应围绕论文进行。下面以某同学的论文“民营企业员工培训问题分析”为例，给大家撰写毕业论文调查大纲做一些参考。

毕业论文调查大纲

1.公司概况

  公司/单位名称，地址，主营业务，注册资金，利润或利润率（上市公司可参考其财务报表），在职员工人数、学历等，公司组织结构图，各部门职能及其相互关系，论文拟研究对象/范围等，尽量多找一些与论文相关的数据信息。

2.主要调查项目（以培训为例）

  公司在培训方面，每年进行几次，何种形式（公司内部有专门的培训人员？从外面请专门的老师来培训？）培训对象是谁？（只是新员工？还有老员工？）如何选择培训对象？谁该参加何种培训？培训项目都有什么？是否针对不同人进行不同项目的培训？培训效果如何？如何考量培训效果？公司HR对他们所进行的培训满意度如何？有何看法？希望能够如何改进？公司员工对本公司所进行的培训有何干法？满意度如何？希望如何改进？等等(可通过查阅文献资料，参考别人在研究公司培训问题的视角、采用的方法、所用的指标等)

3.根据上述信息，进行简单的分析。（这部分可在调查结束后再写）

六、文献综述 (也即“相关文献评述”)                           

很多同学在写毕业论文时，不知道为什么要写文献综述，不明白文献综述与毕业论文的关系，下面就这个问题做一点说明。 

1. 文献综述的写作目的

文献综述是针对某一研究领域或专题搜集大量文献资料的基础上，就国内外在该领域或专题的主要研究成果、最新进展、研究动态、前沿问题等进行综合分析而写成的、能比较全面地反映相关领域或专题历史背景、前人工作、争论焦点、研究现状和发展前景等内容的综述性文章。

其中，“综”是要求对文献资料进行综合分析、归纳整理，使材料更精练明确、更有逻辑层次；“述”就是要求对综合整理后的文献进行比较专门的、全面的、深入的、系统的评述。

文献综述，是对你所找到的相关文献进行分析和述评，是为正式写作毕业论文奠定基础的。写文献综述的目的，主要是对前人做过的工作进行回顾，同时找出自己的前进方向。所以，文献综述的写法，主要是分析别人所作的工作，最后在结尾部分提出自己的见解即可。

因此，写文献综述时，只要把与自己所作题目相关的文献找准、找全，然后对这些文献中的观点、方法、原理、材料等等进行归纳和总结，形成文字就可以了。

而毕业论文，则完全是解释自己所作的 创新性工作，阐明自己的理论创新、工艺创新或技术创新观点。因写作目的不同，两者的写作方法和风格也完全不同。 

2.文献综述的写作方法

2.1 文献的来源

这里所说的文献，应当是经过权威部门（如出版社、期刊或数据库编辑部等等）审查认可的可靠文献，也就是文献学上常说的“一次文献”。一般来说，学生可以在学校的论文数据库（如维普、万方、NSTL外文数据库等）下载文献。

但有很多同学是直接从网络上下载的网页，这个在文献学上的被称为“零次文献”，另外还有“二次文献”，如各种目录、题录等。这样的文献内容也许符合论文的研究方向，也许很有参考价值。但从科学性上来说，这些文献属于未经权威部门认可的“零次文献”，其科学性完全要靠读者自行判断，以这样的文献作为文献综述的理论依据，显然不太妥当。因此这些统统都是不能用在文献综述里的。 

3.撰写文献综述的基本注意事项

第一，在文献综述时，应系统地查阅与自己的研究方向直接相关的国内外文献。搜集文献应尽量全，尽量选自学术期刊或学术会议（也即“一次文献”）。掌握全面、大量的文献资料是写好综述的前提。

第二，文献综述的题目不宜过大、范围不宜过宽，这样撰写时易于归纳整理。

第三，注意引用文献的代表性、可靠性和科学性。在搜集到的文献中可能出现观点雷同，或可靠性及科学性方面存在着差异，因此在引用文献时应注意选用代表性、可靠性和科学性较好的文献。

第四，在文献综述中，应说明自己研究方向的发展历史，前人的主要研究成果，存在的问题及发展趋势等。文献综述在逻辑上要合理，即做到由远而近先引用关系较远的文献，最后才是关联最密切的文献。要围绕主题对文献的各种观点作比较分析，不要教科书式地将有关的理论和学派观点简要地汇总陈述一遍。评述(特别是批评前人不足时)要引用原作者的原文，防止对原作者论点的误解。

第五，文献综述要条理清晰，文字通顺简练。采用的文献中的观点和内容应注明来源，模型、图表、数据应注明出处。

第六， 文献综述中要有自己的观点和见解。鼓励学生多发现问题、多提出问题、并指出分析、解决问题的可能途径。

七、第二章理论基础                      

“理论基础”部分，一般包括两个内容：一是概念界定，将论文中要用到的特定概念进一步阐述和界定；二是相关理论，将论文中要用到的相关理论做简单介绍。

这部分要注意：

1.       不能写概念特点，关键概念可做简要解释，不需要做长篇大论；

2.       众所周知的理论，如“马斯洛的需要层次理论”就不需要详细论述，三言两语概述核心思想即可。

3.       若用到较为深奥的或设计数学原理，可做详细论述。

4.       在写论文时，严格禁止使用“我们”“我”之类的词，可改用“作者”。

5.       建议大家多从数据库下载别人发表的文章或学位论文，看看写毕业论文的基本思路和基本框架。

八、“对策建议”部分

不要大空泛的建议；一定要具体化的操作方案，可换位思考，若你是公司HR，这些问题你将如何解决？

九、论文的关键词                        

1.         什么是关键词？别人检索你论文时，在检索栏里输入的词。

2.         以下词不能成为关键词，如“现状”、“问题”、“对策”、“发展”等。

十、答辩提问                             

1. 论文的实际调研：公司的名称、地点，调查方式（访谈？问卷？）、调研获得什么数据？该数据用于论文哪一部分？在哪里得到体现？如何为本文服务？

2. 论文中你做了什么工作？哪些是书本上找不到的？也就是你的创新点何在？

3. 论文中表格/模型中指标的含义？

4. 论文中针对某个问题，你调查了什么？获得什么数据？如果体现在你的对策建议中？

5. 论文中某个概念如何量化？如何衡量？

如：“陕西省优秀人才流失的问题及对策研究”中“优秀人才”如何量化？

6.       从这篇论文中，你学到了什么？

7. 对策建议中的某一项，请举例说明。例如“以顾客需求为出发点”

十一、答辩细节                            

1.       学生准备。

（1）自陈稿：内容包括：研究背景、方法、思路；本文内容框架、本文结论及不足之处；

（2）纸质版论文一份、（封面+摘要+目录+结论）两份；毕业论文任务书（正反面打印）；外文翻译一份；

2.       开场礼貌、结束谦虚；注意着装。

3.       专家提问时，应虚心接受，用笔记下，切不可争辩。

4.       回答问题要有针对性，条理清晰，使用第一、第二、第三的方式。

十二、学校抽查答辩                        

1.学生准备

PPT、纸质版论文一份、外文翻译一份、（封面+摘要+目录+结论）六份；

2. 教师准备

毕业论文考核评议书

十三、论文最后修订                             

    除论文框架外，应注意修改论文错别字、标点符号、语言组织、段落及章节的逻辑衔接，避免出现半句话、无主语、一逗到底、跳跃性的段落章节等现象。

十四、收论文                              

提前一周开始收论文，修改无误并正式装订好的论文收齐之后才能开始答辩，未能按要求提交论文的同学取消答辩资格。
