吉大附中“滋兰杯”英语听课心得体会

20xx年11月10日星期六,我们十组全体学员参加了吉大附中的“滋兰杯”高校课堂教学活动,其中我本人参加的是四节英语课的听课活动。吉大附中此次活动无疑为我们提供了一次不可多得的学习机会。这对在校主抓教学的我受益匪浅,让我近距离地领略到了四位执教教师的教学风格,深厚的教学功底及精湛的教学艺术。虽然这些优质课的水平不一,风格各异,但每一节课都为我以后在指导英语教学方面提高了不少认识。下面就谈谈我此次听英语课的一点感受:

一、通过这次听课我发现,教师自身的良好素质是上好一堂课的重要前提和基本保证。我总结本次这四位教师的共同特点是:

1、口语流利,发音准确。只有做到这一点,才能保证孩子对课程的理解,才能保证孩子学到正确的知识,地道的语言。

2、善于利用多媒体等多种手段辅助教学,使孩子接触到的知识更立体,更直观,更生动。

3、教态亲切,表情丰富,在课堂上能轻松,活泼,潇洒地进行授课,富有艺术性。

4、有扎实的英语基础知识作为后盾,词汇丰富,课堂充实。

二、这四位教师都能调动学生积极性,让学生真正成为课堂的主人。这是新课标的重要特点,也是素质教育的要求。通过听课我发现教师的教学理念都发生了转变,都树立了“以学生为主体”的教学理念。把整个课堂还给了学生,注重学生能力的培养,注重主体参与,教学中注重小组学习,尤其是到某些活动环节,全体学生打拍子等,都调动了学生学习的积极性,激起了学生们对英语学习的兴趣,营造了宽松,民主,和谐的教与学的氛围,让学生真正成为了课堂的主人。

三、在这次听课中我发现课前老师都能采用歌曲等自己独特的引领方式将学生很自然、轻松的带入课堂,激发学生兴趣来活跃课堂气氛,尤其是这几位老师流利的口语及丰富的肢体语言,都深受学生们的喜欢。

四、课题的引入与各教学环节之间的衔接是课程设计的重点。我认为这四位教师在这一点上做得很到位。首先,上课前的多样活动都有意引入每个交流

话题,课程开始后,从单词的讲解,到听力练习,再到对话讨论,再到对文章的理解,一环扣一环可以说衔接得非常自然,学生们都能很好的理解和跟进,思维没有断点。并且他在每一环节和环节之间的过渡中都在反复应用本节课的语法重点,孩子们很自然的完成了接触,理解。

通过这次“滋兰杯”活动,开阔了我的视野,提升了我的能力。同时我对自己也提出了许多问题去思考,怎样指导教师让自己的课堂语言更优美?怎样指导教师让学生喜欢上自己的课?怎样指导教师培养学生的学习能力?等。 同时我也意识到在工作中只有激情和热情是远远不够的,热情永远不能跟经验相抗衡。所以自己需要学的业务知识太多太多。在以后的工作和学习当中,我会虚心向别人学习业务知识,充实自己,做一个永不自满的学习者和引领者,提高自己在教育教学指导方面的能力。

摘要:在新课程改革大力提倡校本培训的情况下,听课、评课在英语教师专业能力发展的过程中是最有效的途径。然而,我们高度期待听课、评课的同时,却又遭遇了现实中的种种困惑。听课、评课已经成为一种形式和累赘,英语教师最重要的一条成长途径就会被堵死。因此,突破其困境,寻求更好的听课、评课的形式和方法,营造—种互动研讨和坦诚交流的教研文化氛围就显得极其重要。

关键词:新课程改革 初中英语 课堂教学 听课 评课

如今,听课、评课已经成为英语教师在日常教学活动中的重要组成部分,不断促进了教学观念的更新、教学经验的交流、教学方法的探讨,教学艺术的展示和教学水平的提高。怎样来认识课堂教学规律和抓好课堂教学质量呢? 听课、评课则是一种行之有效地研究课堂教学的重要方法和手段。同时也为学校内部的校本课程培训提供一定的借鉴和经验。通过听课、评课,学校可以推广经验,发现不足,专家可以了解教学动态,发展教学理论。可是目前的听课、评课活动却存在着诸多种种的问题,

一、英语课堂教学听课、评课存在的问题主要有以下三个方面。

1.存在“虚假”现象,“做秀”现象严重,不务实。许多教师一旦要开公开课,课前就开始大肆策划安排,编演节目,选调精英学生,多媒体使用得天花乱坠等,与平时的课相去甚远。既愚弄了听课教师,也欺骗了学生,造成极不良的负面教育后果。而对于听课、评课的教师来说,他们的“虚假”表现在评课时有所顾虑,或是对所谓权威、资历的敬畏,或是碍于同行的情面,或是对自己信心不足,评价时说假话、空话、套话、形式化严重,不能坦诚交流。

2.听课教师处于被动的地位,不能真正参与到课堂中去,而经常是以旁观者的身份去听课,或者仅仅只是为了完成学校布置的听课任务,带着很大程度的盲目性,这导致听课、评课的质量和实效都不好。而且在许多的听课活动中,听课者在之前并不了解授课教师,也不了解听课班学生的特点,因此很难把握住授课教师在教法选择上的意图。

3.教师教研精神的匮乏。由于相当多的教师听课、评课都不是真正为了研究,因此听课时“人在曹营心在汉”,既不想从授课教师身上学习什么成功的经验,也没心思去总结所谓的成功与失败的教训。而不少学校开设公开课,原本也只是为了完成学期初制定的教学计划;授课教师也是在一定程度上以完成任务为目的。听课、评课教师中,更是很少有教师能带着具体的问题和研究方向来听,即在教学实践中碰到的问题、重点要思考的和有争议的教学问题、以及将要与别人探讨的教学问题。

二、听课、评课存在这些问题的原因极其对策。

1.开课教师思想负担重、工作压力大、面子观点严重。所以开课难免落入时下流行的俗套。对于听课、评课的教师当然就会顾虑重重。不敢向权威挑战。比如有时,

对于一堂公开课,听课教师普遍认为课堂实效性出现了很大的问题,学生根本学不到什么知识。但由于专家们的一致认同,或者受第一个发言教师的影响,教师们的质疑就被保留在自己的心里面了,或者停留在表面现象,在讨论时就没有深入下去。跟风现象严重,流于形式化。

2.对教研活动目的认识不明确,把每学期听课多少节当成“痛苦”任务的大有人在,听课、评课都是为了完成任务,交差应付了事,没有主动参与的热情。加上对授课教师及其学生的不了解;以及听课教师自身的能力水平和素质有限,不知该如何主动去听课,更不知如何听好一节课、评好一节课;况且教师工作繁忙,生活压力过重。从而导致听课、评课的效果较差。

3.教师教研精神的匮乏,其中一个重要的原因是长期以来教学大环境的相对稳定而带来的惰性与中庸心理。教师们宁愿在集体的听课与评课活动中采用比较中庸的做法,要么沉默不语、要么即使发言也不想使自己锋芒太露,力求保存一份一团和气的集体氛围。还有一个原因在于许多地方缺乏有关听课、评课的规范的运作机制。听课、评课变成了固定的框框、死水一潭。

如此,教学科研自然很难真正开展起来,对课堂教学起不到应有的指导作用,在一定程度上失去了意义。

我们找到了原因也就找到了对策。

1.改变听评公开课中的形式化现象、虚假现象。

首先,开课教师以平常心坦诚地对待公开课一事,课前不需要刻意准备,其中包括不应过早通知学生,滥用媒体等等。其次,评课者切勿以一两个成功的特例、或者时下流行的教学模式为标准、去衡量他人公开课的成败。因为一节课的成败可以从各个角度去衡量,某一个方面的特色不足以作为一个特定的模式去推广,注重实际、注重实效就可以了。其实只有扎实、充实、丰实、平实、真实的一节课才是一堂好课。我想如果真能以此标准来开课、评课,虚假化、形式化问题应该能得到改变。

2.改变旧的公开课评价机制。

长期以来,凡是举行公开课,评课的成员或者说能够发话的大多都局限在当地教研员和几个资历较深的老教师身上。这批人中,虽然大部分都是专家型人才,但长期养成的听课评课口味,已经被相当多的授课者所了解,开课教师当然会采用投其所好的办法来设置课堂,很容易出现模式化现象。要想避免这样的现象发生,就需要建立起一个相对宽泛的评课队伍,这支队伍一定要由当地一线教师中勤于笔耕、勇于钻研教育教学规律的、具有一定教科研精神的教师来组成。在评课活动时,应采用随机抽调的形式来安排评课人员。而且评课要有学生代表参与,因为教师永远无法从学生的角度对课堂进行评价,这也是教师和学生沟通交流的渠道之一。

3.强化教科研氛围,坦诚交流心得体会。

公开课前,应组织简短的课前介绍会,班主任有必要利用两分钟向听课教师介绍本班学生的特点与学习情况,授课教师简短地介绍自己的教学准备情况以及课堂会运用到的相关的教学理念。这样对于听课的教师而言,事先有个心理准备,也才能

结合课堂实际有的放矢地进行评课。同时大家要统一认识,要认识到听课、评课的目的是对课堂本身进行分析评价,对事不对人。实事求是、畅所欲言、各抒己见、敞开心扉、从而互动起来,达到教学业务的共同提高。

三.新课程理念下教师如何听课评课?

1.怎样听课

1)课前要有一定的准备工作

俗话说,留心天下皆学问。教师要想通过听课真正学习点东西,就必须做一个听课的有心人。要有心,听课前就要做点准备工作:事先问问授课教师的教学内容,把教材找来预习一下,看看本节课的重点、难点、疑点,并千方百计去了解、研读与教学内容相关的教学理念、教学理论;同时自己设想一下,假如自己上这一节课,会采用怎样的教学方法,以便听课时有个对比。如果听课不做准备,匆忙走进教室,懵里懵懂地听,不熟悉教材,不理解开课教师的教学意图,就不会有较大的收获。

2)听课中要认真观察和记录

教师听课要高度集中注意力,全身心的投入,要有虚怀若谷的态度。教师在课堂上不仅要听,还要看。一看教师的教,要仔细捕捉讲课者的语言和表情,记下他每个教学环节和教学方法、对教材的钻研、重点的处理、难点的突破、教法学法的设计、教学基本功的展示。二看学生的学,要看学生的课堂表现,看学生参与的情绪是否高涨、是否具有良好的学习的习惯、本节课是否具有良好的实际教学效果等等。

3)听课后要思考和整理

听课是为了使自己吸取别人的长处与经验,使自己在教学上能有所提高,所以在听完课后不能一听了之,应进行反复的琢磨。在分析总结开课教师的课时要注意比较、研究,取长补短。因为每个教师在长期教学活动中都可能形成自己独特的教学风格,所以不同的教师会有不同的教法。听课的老师就要善于进行比较、推敲、研究,准确地评价各种教学方法的长处和短处,并结合自己教学实践与实际情况,吸收他人有益经验,改进自己的教学。

2.如何评课

1)从教学目标上分析

教学目标是教学的出发点和归宿,它的正确制订和达成,是衡量公开课课好坏的主要尺度。所以评课时首先要分析教学目标。从教学目标制订来看,是否全面、具体、适宜。全面指能从知识、能力、思想情感等几个方面来确定;各目标的制定要以大纲为指导,体现阶段、年级、单元教材的特点,符合学生年龄实际和认识规律,难易适度。其次,从目标达成来看,要看教学目标是不是明确地体现在每一教学环节中,教学手段是否都紧密地围绕目标,为实现目标服务。还要看课堂上是否尽快地接触重点、难点内容,重点内容的教学时间是否得到保证,重点知识和技能是否得到巩固和强化。

2)从处理教材分析

评析老师一节课上的好与坏不仅要看教学目标的制定和落实,还要看执教者对教材的组织和处理。我们在评析教师一节课时,既要看教师知识传授的准确性、科学

性,更要注意分析教师对教材的处理和教学方法的选择上是否新颖、是否突出了重点、攻破了难点、抓住了关键、吸引了学生以及和学生是否有互动。

3)从教学程序上分析

教学目标要在教学程序中完成,教学目标能不能实现要看教师教学程序的设计和运作。因此,评课其中一个重要的环节就是要对教学程序做出评析。教学程序评析包括以下几个主要方面:

① 看教学思路设计:教学思路是根据教学内容和学生水平两个方面的实际情况设计出来的。它反映一系列教学措施怎样编排组合,怎样衔接过渡,怎样安排详略,怎样安排讲练等。教师课堂上的教学思路设计是多种多样的。我们评教学思路,一是要看教学思路设计符不符合教学内容实际,符不符合学生实际;二是要看教学思路的设计是不是有一定的独创性,超凡脱俗给学生以清新的感受;三是看教学思路的层次,脉络是不是清晰;四是看教师在课堂上教学思路实际运作的效果。

② 看课堂结构安排:教学思路与课堂结构既有区别又有联系,教学思路侧重教材处理,反映教师课堂教学纵向教学脉络,而课堂结构侧重教法设计,反映教学横向的层次和环节。它是指一节课的教学过程各部分的确立,以及它们之间的联系、顺序和时间分配。课堂结构也称为教学环节或步骤。课堂结构的不同,也会产生不同的课堂效果。可见课堂结构设计是十分重要的。通常一节好课的结构是结构严谨、环环相扣,过渡自然,时间分配合理,密度适中,效率高。计算授课者的教学时间设计,能较好地了解授课者授课重点、结构安排授课时间设计包括:教学环节的时间分配与衔接是否恰当。

4)从教学方法和手段上分析

教学方法是指教师在教学过程中为完成教学目的、任务而采取的活动方式的总称。它不是教师孤立的单一活动方式,包括教师“教学活动方式,还包括学生在教师指导下”“学”的方式,是“教”的方法与“学”的方法的统一。评析教学方法与手段包括以下几个主要内容:

① 看是不是量体裁衣,优选活用:我们知道,教学有法,但无定法,贵在得法。教学是一种复杂多变的系统工程,不可能有一种固定不变的万能方法。一种好的教学方法总是相对而言的,它总是因课程,因学生,因教师自身特点而相应变化的。也就是说教学方法的选择要量体裁衣,灵活运用。

② 看教学方法的多样化 教学方法最忌单调死板,再好的方法天天用,也会令人生厌。教学活动的复杂性决定了教学方法的多样性。所以评课既看教师是否能够面向实际恰当地选择教学方法,同时还要看教师能否在教学方法多样性上下一番功夫,使课堂教学常教常新,富有启发性、艺术性。

③ 看教学方法的改革与创新。 评析教师的教学方法既要评常规,还要看改革与创新,要看课堂上的思维训练的设计,要看创新能力的培养,要看主体活动的发挥,要看新的课堂教学模式的构建,要看教学艺术风格的形成等。

④ 看现代化教学手段的运用 现代化教学呼唤现化教育手段。看教师教学方法与手段的运用还要看教师是否适时、适当、高效地使用了多媒体电脑等现代化教学手

段。

5)从教师教学基本功上分析

教学基本功是教师上好课的一个重要方面,所以评析课还要看教师的教学基本功。通常,教师的教学基本功包括以下几个方面的内容。

① 看语言:教学也是一种语言的艺术。教师的语言有时关系到一节课的成败。教师的课堂语言(尽量全英语教学),首先,要口齿清楚,抑扬顿挫,生动形象富有激情。其次,教学语言的语调要高低适宜,快慢适度,富于变化。

② 看板书:板书这是一个不可省去的环节(现在好多老师一用多媒体,板书就消失得无影无踪了)。好的板书,首先,设计科学合理,符合大纲要求;其次,重点突出、一目了然;再次,条理性强,字迹工整美观,

③ 看教态:据心理学研究表明:人的表达靠55%的面部表情+38%的声音+7%的言词。教师课堂上的教态应该是大方、庄重,语调富有感染力。仪表端庄,举止从容,态度热情。

④ 看操作:看教师运用现代化教学仪器的熟练程度。

6)从教学效果上分析

看课堂教学效果是评价课堂教学的重要依据。巴班斯基说:“分析一节课,不但要分析教学过程和教学方法,而且还要分析教学结果。”课堂效果评析主要包括以下几个方面。一是教学效率是否高,学生思维是否活跃,气氛是否热烈;二是学生受益面是否大,不同程度的学生在原有基础上是否都有进步。知识、能力、情感目标是否达成;三是时间利用率是否高效,学生学得是否轻松愉快,积极性是否高,当堂出现的问题是否当堂解决,学生的作业布置是否合理。

总之,听一堂好课,是一种美的享受;评一堂课,也是一种美的享受。但是,只有会听,会评,才能得到这种享受。要做到会听、会评,有两个基础:一是要有教育理论的学习基础;二是要有多听、多评、多实践的基础。有了这两个基础,再加上自己的教学经验积累,就会有听课、评课水平的飞跃。

综上所述,“三人行,必有我师焉”,尤其在新课程改革的今天,我们广大教师必须扩大自己的视野,重新构建自己的知识结构和职业能力,并具有广泛的合作和沟通能力,与学生的合作、与同学科教师之间的资源共享,与跨学科教师的相互交流,以求知者的身份,投身到这股互学习、争提高的学潮中去,在听课学习、评课学习中提高自己的专业能力,提升自己的教学水平,与时俱进,更好地为教育服务。

听完三位教师的课,我觉得三位教师的课型可以这样定位,王老师的课为语法课,蒋老师的课为交际课 ,侯老师的课也为交际课。

一、三位教师的共同特点为:

1, 导入自然,学生易接受。三位教师生动有趣的导入抓住学生的好奇心,控

制了课堂,促进了学生积极学习思考。导入技能运用最好的是蒋老师。 2, 教学思路清晰,活动形式多样。三位教师在教学活动设计中都能突破难点,

发展学生学习能力,调动学生的参与热情,将热闹的形式与有效的语言实践有机结合。这方面做得最突出的就是王老师,他运用比较人物拓展词汇,调动学生积极对人物进行描述。

3, 恰当运用多媒体的同时关注教学方法,三位教师教学方法灵活,利用多种

教学手段,创设情景。这方面做得最为突出的是侯老师,能运用自作的卡片,以及生动的简笔画。更加活跃了课堂。

二、三位教师的不足:

1. 没有课前英文歌曲

2. 没有课前复习或warming-up

3. 缺少本节课的情感目标

4. 基础训练不够扎实。“感觉学生不用教就会”。基础训练缺少速度与

节奏感。

三、教学建议:

在今后的教学工作中,希望三位教师能关注以下几点:

1. 要激活课堂

激活课堂有四个要素:1)导入含活式:带着问题,带着思索。2)形式求活泼:教学方式多样化,感受多方位,信息反馈畅通。3)探索有活力:思维要有深广度,借鉴有创新度。4)结尾有寓意:留有激情,留有悬念。

2. 树立终身学习,提高教学能力。

牛津大学有一句流行的话:Why study?The more I study,I know .The more I know ,the more I forget . The more I forget ,the less I know ,So why study ?

3. 不断反思:课后及时记录下自己的成功之处及败笔之处,对提高教学

有极大的帮助。

教育家叶澜说过:“一个教师写一辈子教案不一定成为名师,如果一

个教师写三年反思,可能成为名师。” 希望我们每位教师在反思中不断成长
