研究过程:

一、原始课例

我20xx年秋学期开始使用外研版初中英语教材,在本教材中,每个模块的第一单元都是听说课,在一年多的教学实践中,我觉得自己在听说课的教学过程中使用的教学模式呆板、传统,导致学生在课堂上听的效果不佳,说部分也没有动起来。那么教师如何设计听、说课的教学,使得课堂气氛活跃,让学生真正成为教学主体,在教学过程中确确实实地提高学生听和说的能力,让课堂“动”起来就成为我们组老师研究的主要内容。

活动内容:话题谈论生日

话题背景:本模块以感觉与印象为话题, 内容主要是谈论生日。本课是人教版七年级上册第八单元Section A(1a-2d)的知识内容,从教材的整体建构来看,在七年级第一,二,四单元,学生已经学习了形容性物主代词,名词所有格,同时在第一和第七单元学生也已经掌握了基数词的读法,写法以及它的应用。而学生对这些知识的掌握也为学习本节课打下了基础。本节课主要是谈论生日,学习日期的表达。很符合学生的兴趣,语言实践活动比较好开展。学生可以围绕这一话题进行大量的听、说、读、写方面的语言实践活动。

教学目的:(一) 知识目标:

(1)学习序数词的构成及日期的表达,包括日期的写法和读法。

(2)学习如何询问和表达日期。

(3)句型:When is your birthday ? My birthday is October tenth.

(二) 情感目标 :

(1) 通过谈论同学及父母的生日,学生之间可以了解彼此,并且可以加深同学之间的友

谊,孩子们也可以更关爱他们的父母。

(2) 通过谈论中外的一些节日,学生可以了解不同国家不同的文化,同时通过谈论祖国

的节日使学生热爱我们自己的节日,我们的祖国。

(三) 能力目标:

(1)学生能正确的询问,读写日期。

(2)学生可以自由讨论自己及他人的生日。

三 . 教学重点和难点:

(1) 教学重点:谈论生日.

(2) 序数词的构成及日期的表达,包括日期的写法和读法。

(3) 教学难点:序数词的构成及日期的表达,包括日期的写法和读法。

学习方法及教学策略:基于课程改革的理念及“第二语言习得论”,培养实现人的可持续发展和人的主体精神的自我完善和发展所必需的能力和素质,运用任务型教学途径,围绕核心任务,设定小任务,开展和谐愉悦的课堂活动,强调兴趣第一的原则,初步设计“P—T—P”自主学习立体模式:pre-task?task-cycle?post-task。教学时应根据学生的学习水平、生活实际水平、接受程度及课堂出现的临时状况进行运用、调整及筛选。

Unit 8 When is your birthday ?

Section (1a—2d)

Teaching aims:

1. Knowledge aims:

(1) To learn the formation of the ordinal numbers and the expression of the dates , including the writing and reading .

(2) To ask and express the date of birth ,

(3) Sentence pattern: When is your birthday? My birthday is October tenth .

2. Emotion aims:

(1) By talking about the birthdays of classmates’ and parents’ , students can know

each other well and make their friendship deeply, and they can love their parents more.

(2) By knowing the holidays in China and foreign countries, students can know the

differences in culture in different countries, then love our motherland more.

3. Ability aims:

(1) Students can ask,read and write the date correctly

(2) Students can talk about date of birth freely.

Important and difficult points:

(4) When is your birthday? My birthday is October tenth .

Learning strategies:

Classifying , contrasting and role-playing, pairwork.

Teaching procedures :

Step one : Lead into new lesson .

(1) Greeting .

(2) The teacher asks “What do you want to do on Sunday?” to make the students express their ideas, then say “I am going to have a party ”, let students guess why . Maybe students can guess that it is my birthday or not, but I would say “Because it is my birthday . My birthday is November 28th, when is your birthday?” to lead into the new lesson”When is your birthday?”

教学意图和说明:问句过渡自然,迅速步入主题,引出生日用法。

Step two : Play a number game .

(1) (Before the class , the teacher would hand out some numbers cards from 1-31 and 1st-31st to students ).

The teacher would give the instructions to students “ Now let’s play a number game , listen to me carefully , when you hear someone say one ,another student who takes the card “first “stand up quickly and say first , the student who takes the card of two stand up and say two ,then the student takes card second read second , other students write the numbers you hear on your paper, until you finish writing 31and 31st .then I will check your writing and choose some to put on the overhead projector to check your writing ,then read them together. To design this part ,my aim is to review the cardinal numbers and ordinal numbers and students can match them correctly .As the same time students can have a dictation about the numbers quickly. I can train the students’ abilities of reflection .

Then I give the numbers on the overhead projector to let students read together , after that I would let my students classify the changing rules from cardinal numbers to ordinal numbers and contrast them . Then let students include the changing rules , at last the teacher gives the jingling rhymes to make the students remember the numbers quickly ,then read together.

(2 ) The teacher asks how many ordinal numbers we have reviewed ?, and how many days are there in a month ? How many months are there in a year to lead out months.Then let students read quickly and practice severel times to remember them quickly . 教学意图和说明:尊重学生的意愿和情感,设计此项活动,可以引起学生的兴趣和共鸣,激发学生的求知欲。促使学生产生学习内驱力,充分发挥学生的想象力和能动性,自主自觉地融入到语言学习活动中去。

Step three : Learn how to read and write the dates .

(1)The teacher asks “ Which month is it now ? What’s the date is it today ?”

thto lead out the expression of the date “It is November 25,so that I can tell the

students to pay attention to the reading and writing of the dates .Then let students practice more .

(2) The teacher asks “Which holiday is in January ? (Because the first one in the form is January .) What’s the date of the holiday ? and when is the holiday ? ,I ask three students to answer my questions and give other students the demonstration .Then let students practice the sentence “When is the holiday?”TO design this part ,my aim is to let students know the holidays’ dates in China and some in foreign countries ,thus (从而) to know more about our country and let them feel happy by talking holidays. 练习时,呈现大量的实物(如flower, chocolate等)以及图片(如Beijing roast duck, silk shirts, sea等),重复上述两个问句,给学生足够的理解,学会运用。

Step four : Pairwork

The teacher say “October 1 is our motherland’s birthday ? When is your birthday ? to lead into new pattern “When is your birthday ?”My birthday is ?.structure.The teacher asks two students the same question and let them ask others ,then let them to do the pairwork job.When they show their conversations ,the teacher gives the appraises. After that I ask the last group “When is your holiday ? When is your mother’s birthday ?When is your father’s birthday ? Using the same method let students practice the sentence pattern “When is your father’s birthday and when is your mother’s birthday ? My mother’s / father’s birthday is ? .

Step five: Do some listening of 1b ,2c .

The teacher says “We have talked about our birthdays , do you want to know Vera , Mary and Jeff’s birthdays ? , now let’s do some listening to number the conversations .

Listen to 2c to match the names ,months and dates. 教学意图和说明:由听到读,并让学生带有目标阅读,提高阅读效率。阅读由易到难,先理解文章大意,再理解句子,然后到字词分析,最后模仿原文编对话。使学生学会正确的阅读方法,养成良好的阅读习惯。 Step six : Task (free talk and writing).

Try to write something about your family and their birthdays and then stand up to say something about your family .

And give students more room to practice the knowledge they have learnt and improve

their speaking abilities and language using abilities.

Step seven : Do some exercises

In this part ,I would give some problems ,and according to the knowledge students have learnt in this lesson to deal with them .

Then I would give some typical examination problems which are a little more difficult than those above to let students think about them .By doing the exercises to improve the students’ abilities of solving numeral questions .

教学意图和说明:发散学生思维,巩固刚学的新知识,加以巩固记忆和使用。

Step eight : Summary

What do you learn today ?

To design this part , my aim is to look back what students learned in this lesson .Make students remember them clearly.

Step nine : Homework ( Writing )

Your teacher ( me) is going to have a birthday party ,I need you to help write some invitations to some students ,the invitations should include the date ,the place and the activities of the party .

教学意图和说明:总结本节课所学内容,重点及难点,课后要掌握并练习本课所学的句型及词组,完成课后作业中相关题目。

研究教师第一次评课:

刘永梅第一次评课:教师激情十足,声音哄亮,教学目标明确,重难点突出,但导入的时间过短,作听力1时,应该多放一遍,不要超之过急,要照顾大部分学生,要为这节课的听和读做好铺垫。

张怀英第一次评课:课堂中注意到了及时评价,有助于激励学生,课文输入部分不够,学生在感知、体会、形成概念方面无法升华,指令语言做得有点不够好,有些学生在训练对话时引起误解。

杨军第一次评课:在小组对话时,小组内的学生基本上都能参与讨论,但老师教学生上讲台表演时只叫了1个组而已,其实很多学生都想上台表演一番,但老师没有给机会,打击了学生的积极性。建议多给学生参与和表现。

贾旭荣第一次评课:本节课教学设计很好,教学构思新颖,严谨,教学组织严密,思路清晰,话题明确,能够充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生讨论的兴趣。本节课真正体现了以学生为主体,但给予学生的时间不足,学生操练的时间不够,时间分布的有点不合理。

贾丽第一次评课:完成了教学任务,教态好,教学方法方式多样新颖,但时间分布的有点不合理,关注学生个体不够,老师的语音语调需调整。

黄丽洁第一次评课:听说读写面面俱到,重难点突出,教师驾驭课堂能力强,生生师生之间互动好,老师在课堂上使用肢体语言很丰富,教学由浅入深,但学生的操练不够,没有突出听说课的特点。

高冬梅第一次评课:教态自然、声音哄亮、备课充分、重难点突出、教师基本功扎实,教学由浅入深,但学生的操练不够,操练部分用的时间少了些。

任金婵第一次评课:教学程序十分清晰、具备听说读写的教学环节,课堂气氛活跃,学生学习的热情高,学生积极回答老师的问题,老师和学生很亲切,但各环节之间显得都很紧很急,是不是在时间的分配上有点不合理呢?

指导教师杨军第一次点评:

教师激情十足,教学目标明确,重难点突出,本节课教学设计很好,教学构思新颖,严谨,教学组织严密,思路清晰,话题明确,能够充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生讨论的兴趣。但老师教学生上讲台表演时只叫了1个组而已,其实很多学生都想上台表演一番,但老师没有给机会,打击了学生的积极性。建议多给学生参与和表现。

个人第一次反思:本节课得设计处处以调动学生为主,达到了让学生自主探究知识的目的,教师依据课程的总体目标结合教学内容,设计贴近学生实际的教学活动,学生通过思考,归类,总结,交流和合作等方式,学习和使用英语,完成了既定目标。同时遵循课时安排的高频率原则,保证教学质量和效果,是学生真正学到了知识。但是本节课在各环节之间时间上分配不够合理,学生的操练时间少,没有突出听说课的特点。

二、第二次课

通过第一次课研究老师和指导老师的评价及个人反思,现对教学过程的第三步、第四步、第九步做以下改进:

第三步:时间上由原来的4分钟增加到7分钟,并让两到三组同学进行表演。

第六步: 在完成句子的基础上,各小组编出自己的对话,尽可能多的使用给出的有用短语及句型,并让两到三组同学进行当堂表演。

第八步:在第九步之前增加对语言点的二次复现。

研究教师二次评课:

贾旭荣二次评课:第二节课明显比第一节课有很大进步。导入的时间比原来多了,学生对感官动词的理解更深刻了,以致于学生在演练时很自如,也很积极主动,给人一种充满生机的课堂。

贾丽二次评课:本节课就上节课而言,有了很大进步。课堂中注意到了及时评价,激励学生,课文输入部分充足,指令语言做得比上一节课好,所以学生都能在老师的引领下有序的学习。 任金婵二次评课:第二节课明显比第一节课有很大进步。增加了小组对话操练的时间,教学生上讲台表演的机会也多了,提高了学生的积极性和自信心。

张怀英二次评课:第二节课明显比第一节课有很大进步。能够充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生讨论的兴趣。本节课时间分布合理了很多,真正体现了课堂以学生为主体。

刘永梅二次评课:时间分布的有点不合理。教态好,教学方法方式多样新颖,老师的语音语调虽然不是很好,但这节课老师明显比上节做得更好了,注意了需调整。

黄丽洁二次评课:本节课就上节课而言,有了很大进步。能够充分调动学生的积极性,激发学生讨论的兴趣。本节课时间分布合理了很多,真正体现了课堂以学生为主体。

高冬梅二次评课:本节课就上节课而言,有了很大进步。教态自然、声音哄亮、备课充分、重难点突出、教师基本功扎实,教学由浅入深。

指导教师杨军二次点评:

通过前面的改进,第二节非常成功,提高了老师的教学,锻炼了学生的听说能力, 提高了学生的听说水平.体现了以学生为主体,教师为主导的新的教学理念,取得了很好的教学效果.

本人二次反思:

作为一种新型的课堂教学模式,老师们要把“任务型”教学模式使教学过程任务化,充分确立学生的主体地位,以任务活动为主要途径,让学生积极的“动”起来。在任务型教学活动中注意以下几个原则:第一,教师主导作用和学生主体性的原则;第二,贴近学生生活的任务设计原则;第三,民主和谐的原则;第四,合作学习的原则。
