Local organizers of the Idle No More(别再莫不关心) movement 活动are

planning another traffic slowdown (加拿大通常抗议形式,减缓交通车辆,都是有组织的,)between Sturgeon Falls and North Bay(两地之间的有一段非常好的高速路,限速100,车辆速度常常160) for January 16, 2013 in support of national efforts of First Nations. (最近少数民族为其利益而堵铁路)

“We are calling for the repeal of bill C-45 (一个法律)and the full implementation of the treaties(协定)” said organizer Joe McLeod, a Nipissing 地名First Nation member.少数民族

Traffic will not be blocked but there will be a slowdown on Highway 17 near North Bay today between Christine Lane地名 and the Oasis Trailer Park 地名in

Commanda Township 小镇名as information is provided to the public from 7:30 a.m. until 3p.m.

“This will be a peaceful demonstration 示威continuing our efforts to communicate our frustration失望 with the government’s inability to listen to the people”, said Rodney Commanda, NFN少数民族

Local organizers are working with the OPP警察 and APS警察 to ensure the safety of all participants and to ensure that traffic can proceed through the site in an orderly way. Commuters 过往人员can expect 要想到a short delay as they proceed through the information stop.
