巨方化妆品有限公司品控中心分设原料检验室、理化检验室、包装材料检验室、过程监控室以及GMP标准的微生物检验室。

The Quality Control Center of Jufang Cosmetics Co., Ltd is formed by the Raw Material Test Section, Process Montitoring Scection and the GMP standard Microorganism Test Section.

巨方化妆品有限公司建立一套严格而标准的品质监控系统；每个新产品推出前，都经过多次配方改良和测试，原料、包材、半成品、成品进行一系列的安全性、稳定性和功效性等质量监管。保证产品品质和功效稳定。

Jufang Cosmetics Co., Ltd sets up a set of strict standard quality monitoring systems; Before each new product put out ,all will pass about one hundred times improving and test ,raw materials,packaging material,production of semi-finished articles and finished product carry on quality such as a series of security,stability and efficiency to supervise.Guarantee the quality and functions stability of our products.

品控监测范围

QUALITY TEST AREA

1） 空气----周检；

Atmosphere---Test in week

2） 原料----批检；

Raw material---examine and approve

3） 半成品----48小时破坏性实验以及灌装前检验；

Semi-finished product---destructive experiment in 48 hours and examining before in putting product

4） 成品----出货前检验；

Finished product---checkout before delivery

5） 包材----进仓前根据GB2828原则抽检、生产前全检；

Packaging material---according to GB2828 principle before entering the storehouse,inspect by random samples and examine completely before production

6） 生产现场----乳化工程师监控乳化全程；

Production scene---The emulsification engineer controls the whole procss of emulsificaton

7） 包材严格执行特定的消毒、杀菌等程序；

The packag material carries out the particular sterilizing,sterilization procedure strictly

8） 配料采取复核配料方式；

Take and check the Adjuvants

9） 水质---采用反渗透处理设备以达到高质水要求；

Water quality---Adopting anti-osmosis disposal equipment in order to meet high quality requirements of water

10） 产品开发前进行360小时破坏性实验、168小时连续交叉破坏实验，保证新品品质

稳定；

Destructive experiment in 360 hours and ruinous experiment alternately continuously in 168 hours before product development,Guarantee the new product quality

11） 批量生产进行足够的安全性、功效性临床测试；

Carryng out enough security and clinical efficiency test while produce in batches
