The sellers agree to sell and the buyers agree to buy the under mentioned goods on the terms and condition stated below:

*Shipment: 2011，AUGUST

*port of loading: Zhanjiang port,Guangdong Province, China

*port of destination: Jakarta port,Indonesia

*Terms of payment:100%TT with Full shipping documents (Phyto,Form E,BL,lnv, Packing List)

*Should any objection of products be raised by the Buyers to the Sellers review opinions,the Buyers ought to offer SGS,CCIC or the inspection certificate issued by an inspection authority entrusted by both sides,which should be the final inspection opinion.

*the Sellers shall not be liable for failure or delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this Sales Confirmation due to any Force Major incidents,such as natural disasters,changes on social policy or exchange rate of currency or human wars,etc.

*The Buyers is requested to sign and return one copy of this sales Confirmation immediately after receipt of the same .Objection,if any,should be raised by the Buyers within five days after receipt of this Sales Confirmation in the absence of which it is understood that the Buyers has accepted the terms and condition of the Sales confirmation.

*Arbitration:All disputes arising from the execution of,or in connection with this contract,shall be settled amicably through friendly negotiations.In case no settlement can be reached through negotiation,the case shall then be submitted to Chinese related authorities (CCPIT) which is agreed on by both parties .The arbitration award is final and binding upon both parties.

*Stated by twist, should any risks arise which are caused by logos for package or documents offered by the buyers, the buyers shall take all responsibilities and the costs incurred.

*On FOB term with shipment by break bulk vessel,if the vessel fails to be available at seller' s port within the required date to affect the loading on time, the seller shall be entitled to claim for the demurrage charge or any other costs incurred.
