我叫XXX，性别：X，住址：XX省XX县XX镇XX村X组，于XX年X月XX毕业后考取XXXX学院(校)，为求学之便办理一代身份证（身份证号：XXXXXXXXXXX），XX年X月XX毕业遂将户口及个人相关档案信息迁回原址，在我县长期从事XX工作，工作期间用一代身份证（号码：XXXXXXXXXXX）考取了XX大学XX学历和相关一系列证书，并办理了医保、公积金个人账户等。20xx年根据国家出台升级公民身份证相关要求，按照所属辖区到XX县XX派出所户籍科办理了二代身份证，因当时正值XX县公安局根据各自派出所辖区整顿和规范身份证号要求，XX县XX派出所户籍科干事在办理本人二代身份证时将一代身份证（号码：XXXXXXXXXXX）变更为：二代身份证XXXXXXXXXXX。

身份证号码变更几年来，给本人的学历进修和生活、工作带来了很大的麻烦，根据我国《公民身份证法》相关法律条款和要求，现申请户籍辖区所在贵所将二代身份证号码XXXXXXXXXXX给予变更为XXXXXXXXXXX，望办理为盼。
