一、模型构造

1.1 变量设置

设生产地沈阳、武汉、成都的代号分别为OR1,OR2,OR3(OR代表Origin)。每个产地的生产(Produce)、销售(Sell)、库存(Stock)量分别用Pr、Se、St表示。总产量(All Produce)、总销售量(All Sell)、总库存量(All Stock)、总需求量(All Demand)分别用APr、ASe、ASt、ADe表示。需求地用代号分别表示为沈阳(DEA)、长春(DEB)、哈尔滨(DEC)、北京(DED)、石家庄(DEE)、太原(DEF)、呼和浩特(DEG)、上海(DEH)、南京(DEI)、杭州(DEJ)、合肥(DEK)、济南(DEL)、武汉(DEM)、南昌(DEN)、长沙(DEO)、郑州(DEP)、西安(DEQ)、兰州(DER)、银川(DES)、乌鲁木齐(DET)、成都(DEU)、昆明(DEV)、贵阳(DEW)、广州(DEX)、福州(DEY)、南宁(DEZ)(DE代表Demand),各需求地1—6月的需求量在各自的代号后加1—6表示。1—6月份三个产地的矿泉水的生产、销售、库存量分别在产地代号后面加1—6表示。任意两个需求地之间距离用代号DI(Distance)表示,运费用代号TC(Transportation Cost)表示。

3.3运输计划分析

由求解结果可以知道,在没有建立任何中转站的情况下,运输费用已经实现了最优,即实现了费用最小化,但是,由于直接从生产地运输,因路程问题,故费用也较大,如果建立中转站,其费用可以降低。

综上所述,尽管实现运输费用为200707.8元,库存费用为597*5=2985元,实现净利润:9179625-200707.8-2985=8975933元。但是还有一些因素制约了销售利润的进一步增长,如生产效率低下,库存点或仓库不足等。
