Nikki Phillips, one of Australia’s hottest favourite models, is PUMA’s first Australian fitness ambassador. We chat to her about how she stays in such good shape!

What is a normal day like for you? 平常你的一天是怎么度过的?

"My typical day would include a healthy breakfast, a run with Tygalily, checking my emails and heading off for meetings and shoots."

一般来说我吃一顿健康的早餐,和朋友一起跑步,查电邮,跟着就去开会和拍照了

What is your weekly workout regime? 你每周的运动计划是什么?

"A morning walk with Tygalilly normally for around an hour, come home and do about 30 full minutes of stretching and leg exercises and then either later that day I would choose between boxing, yoga or a 20 min run." 早晨和朋友散步半小时,回家再做30分钟的拉升训练和脚部训练,跟着晚些时候,我会选择20分钟的拳击、瑜伽或是跑步。

How do you feel about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle? 你是怎么看待瘦身和健康生活之间的关系的?

"I think it is really important to maintain a healthy balanced lifestyle – keeping fit helps you get more out of life."

我认为保持健康的生活方式非常重要——瘦身能帮你挖掘生活更好的部分。 Do you ever have days where you just want to crawl under a doona? 会不会有时你也松懈下来、只想摊在床上不动?

"We all do! However, once Tygalilly sees me in my sports gear there is no doubt that she will remind me every two minutes that we are going exercising!"

我们都会!不过嘛,一旦我的朋友看到我传上运动鞋,那他肯定会每两分钟吼我一次“我们该去运动啦!”

What is your motivation trick to get yourself to a yoga class or run? 你有没有什么小秘诀来鼓励自己去做瑜伽或是跑步?

"One thing that I do, which now has just become habit, the moment I wake up I put my Puma sports gear on and strap on my ankle weights, so it’s

on my mind that I have to exercise."

我曾这么做(现在已经变成习惯了):就是一睁开眼就去套上我的运动鞋和沙袋,那样我就会记得我该去做运动。

What is your favourite workout music? 运动的时候最爱听什么音乐呢? "At the moment it’s La Roux, AC/DC and Empire Records: The Soundtrack." 现在听得是La Roux的AC/DC和Empire Records的原声。

Do you watch what you eat? In what way? 你怎么控制食量?

"I don’t believe in dieting, i believe in looking after yourself and eating healthy."

我不相信节食的功效,我还是愿意吃的健康点。

What is your biggest food indulgence? 你沉迷的食物是什么?

"Fruit salad and ice cream and for my sins chocolate covered peanuts." 水果沙拉、冰激凌、还有罪恶的巧克力包衣花生。

How do you like to de-stress? 你怎么给自己减压?

"By playing golf! I like playing a round of nine holes at Woollahra. It's my hobby of mine so I don’t really take it too seriously, but it's a great upper body workout and great way to catch up on gossip with your friends." 打高尔夫!我喜欢在Woollahra玩9洞的高尔夫。因为是我的兴趣,所以也不会看得很重。但玩起来确实能让身体好好放松、同时也是跟朋友聊八卦的好机会!

 

第二篇:我的美丽心得

头发保养:

头发油:每晚用滚烫的水泡脚半小时

脸部保养:

防辐射:隔离霜半天补一次。

喝绿茶+当归+黄芪+枸杞+白菊花 定期用绿茶水敷脸、定期做酸奶酵母面膜

美 白:化妆品推荐百草集,多喝牛奶、薏仁粉、柠檬水

晚上(推荐牛尔玫瑰保湿晚安睡膜)

小秘方:白醋做主水加甘油或橄榄油加水,每天涂二遍 干性皮肤:橄榄油+醇母粉,发酵隔天敷脸

油性皮肤:应加强保湿,爽肤水加化妆棉使用!然后按摩 方 法:额头从中间向两边打圈

眼晴下面从眼角向太阳穴拉

鼻子从上向下

面颊从下巴中间向嘴角上提

毛孔粗大:用盐+精油按摩

用冷热水交替洗脸

抗衰老小秘方:

早睡、早起、早晚坚持吃水果

心情安宁,隔天锻炼,中午休息1小时

手部保养:

手 部:DIY手膜:红糖+蜂蜜

白 天:随时涂护手霜

晚 上:橄榄油+美加净(珍珠银耳霜)涂厚点,戴上手套睡。 关节粗大:用手按摩,从根部到指尖

脚部保养:

先开水泡脚→磨死皮→涂橄榄油+美加净→穿上棉袜睡 身体保养:

补 血:每天早晚吃阿胶(或红枣10-20颗、桂圆3粒) 养 肺:杏仁、杏仁露

保肝脏:睡前捏腋窝、大臂或肋骨两侧

防虚火:山药炖冰糖(山药湿气,喝完后喝薏仁粉水) 附:

补血食物:阿胶。同时多吃甘蔗、胡萝卜、菠菜、桂圆、豆浆、银耳、 黑木耳、红糖、猪肝、红枣

滋阴食物:梨、甘蔗、黑芝麻、豆浆、银耳、百合、酸奶、蹄筋、菠菜、青菜、山药、银耳、蘑菇、金针菇糯米、黑木耳、番茄、葡萄、百合、水煮花生、橘子、草莓、柚子、无花果、香蕉、西瓜、蜂蜜、薏苡仁、山药、核桃、芡实、牛奶

补 脾 胃:红豆、山药、茨实、莲子、红枣、桂圆、黑芝麻和大米 祛 湿:薏米红豆汤
