20xx年x月本人担任中天建设天津市米兰阳光花园A区工程项目部安全员，在任职期间认真贯彻“安全第一，预防为主，综合治理”的方针，认真抓好现象工作，把安全落到实处。经过项目部领导以及安全员的不懈努力，营造出了一个安定、和谐的施工环境，确保了工程建设的各项工作的安全顺利进行。20xx年x月工作情况如下： 1、建立完善制度措施 （1）建立安全生产工作领导责任制和责任追究制 由项目经理负责，将安全生产工作列入各施工队的目标考核内容中，定期进行严格考核，严格执行责任追究制度，对造成重大安全事故的，要严肃追究有关领导及直接责任人的责任。建立一套项目部安罚体系，对于在施工过程中不遵守安全制度的施工人员进行处罚。 （2）完善各类预案 参与项目部编制《食物中毒、中暑事故应急准备与响应预案》、《应急事故预案》。就台风、火灾等易发事故专门进行演练，熟悉应急救援方案。 （3）签订责任书。 项目部与各施工队层层签订责任书，明确各自的职责。新职员、新班组来项目部报到的第一时间就到安全部接受教育，在安全生产责任书上签字，并重点灌输搞好安全工作的重要性，提高的安全意识。将安全教育工作作为对员工及施工队年终考核的重要内容之一，实行安全一票否决制度。

2、积极开展三级教育，加强工人的安全意识

（1）施工生产进入正轨大量工人陆续进场，为了使工人熟悉本项目

安全管理制度，提升工人安全生产意识，杜绝安全生产事故的发生；项目部把安全教育培训作为提高公司职工素质和安全管理的必修内容，整个项目安规考试应考率为100%，及格率为100%，同时，重点抓了对工人进场前“三级”安全教育，全部经考试合格方可上岗。

（2）针对现场施工的特点，对工人班组展开安全技术交底会，对关键部位，易发生安全事故的地方对其进行交流，做好预防措施。

（3）对电气焊工加强管理，所使用操作证必须年检合格方能上岗，动火时要开动火证以及配好灭火器和监火人。

（4）维护电工所使用操作证必须年检合格方能上岗，工作年限在三年以上才能上岗。

3加强现场自查自纠力度

每个星期组织领导以及相关人员对施工现场进行安全大检查，并且做好安全检查记录，对检查出来的隐患要求马上停工整改，确保施工现场的安全。每天不定时对施工现场进行检查，排查安全隐患，发现隐患立即整改。从3月份开工以来共发出隐患整改通知书6份，安全处罚通知书2份，整改各类隐患6处，严格控制施工现场违章作业，顺利完成公司安全指标。

4、施工现场管理

（1）加强施工现场的安全警示牌，安全宣传标语20块，各项安全标示牌20多块加强安全知识宣传，提高现场施工人员安全意识。

（2）根据施工规范要求，进行施工现场必须配戴安全帽，在特种作业环境里，施工人员必须戴好安全帽，高空作业必须系好安全带。各

职能施工员要做好各项安全技术交底，项目部在各分项工程开工以前，根据各分项工程所需的防护用品配发到每一个施工人员的手中，并在施工进入施工现场前配戴好方能进行施工。

（3）着重对现场的氧气、乙炔进行隐患排查，凡是不符合氧气、乙炔使用规范的立即进行处理.针对现场的情况，专门定制放置氧气、乙炔的钢筋笼，两瓶分开放置，并且在乙炔钢筋笼上准备两瓶灭火器。

（4）加强消防管理工作，对重点部位，安排专人负责，配足消防器材和设施。广泛开展消防安全知识的宣传，全面增强广大施工人员的消防安全意识和消防法制观念。

（5）加强库房管理，对材料配件归类码放整齐，所使用的照明灯不能超过60W,并配备灭火器。

5、自我工作总结

（1）项目部领导对于安全工作还是放在首位，对于安全员的工作也是非常支持，但是我还是要不断的去学习，加强自身的安全知识。

（2）开展安全隐患排查，预防各类安全生产事故的发生，同时要加大对分包单位的安全管理，监督隐患整改落实情况。

（3）贯彻落实公司安全教育培训制度，对新进场、转岗及复岗人员开展安全教育，并开展消防演练、防台防汛等一系列应急救援演练，提升工人安全生产意识和事故应急处理能力。
