Love our students ,love them

When I was young I had a dream to be a teacher .everyday I could walk to the school with the smells of flowers in the cool air and the bright sunshine all the way. When I was 23, my dream came true. But after the first period of fresh and exciting emotion, I came to realize the fact was quite different from what I thought in the dream .the teachers’ work was too hard and busy,

I still remember a boy named Shang WenDi, one of my students. I noticed him because he did not answer any questions and often slept in class. His papers always got red bold×’s. He looked unpleasant and never played well with others just like a lonely cat. So I decided to have a talk with him to encourage. After hearing my words he still didn’t say anything. Several days later a bunch of wild flowers appeared on my desk. They smelt so nice that I felt warm in my heart. Of course I paid particular attention to that boy. As I worked with him, his mind seemed to come alive, the more I encouraged him, the faster he responded, by the end of the year he had become one of the smartest children in my class. One year later he entered No.2 high school of FUYANG successfully. Another three years passed .he received a circular letter from a famous college in HE FEI .I often ask myself ,“what made the boy successful from a dirty unpleasant one ?” now I get it, the answer is very simple. That is, to love them. Every time I receive the letters from my students in different places I really feel that the carrier as a teacher is really worthwhile. So love is the key to motivate our students and love can make great achievements.
