评估来了，我们准备好了么

各位领导、各位老师：

大家好!

我来自XX系,XXX。今天我演讲的题目是《评估来了，我们准备好了么》。谈起高校教学评估，应该说，我有切身的感受。

第一，因为评估，亲身体验“一个萝卜几个坑”。

到苏南，到风景秀美的苏州来工作和生活，一直是我多年来的美好愿望。可以说，如果没有教学评估，我可能在20xx年6月就会顺利调出原单位，也更有可能早一年和大家成为同事了。因为20xx年下半年，我们原单位的中心工作就是“迎评促建”，评估期间要准备、整理近3年来的教学资料，不是“一个萝卜一个坑”，而是“一个萝卜几个坑”，所以学校在迎评期间不讨论、不办理调出事宜。各位同仁，我想说的是，评估来了，“一个萝卜几个坑”大家准备好了么？

第二，因为评估，切实感受“白+黑”。

记得在20xx年4月下旬，学校为迎接评估进行最后一次实战演习，下午下班之前突然接到命令，明天早上8:10要检查我们部门负责的实习报告等资料，大家加班加点准备好相关材料后就下班回家了。就在凌晨1点左右的时候，我早已进入梦乡，突然听到咚咚的敲门声，朦胧中，我有些紧张，这么晚了，谁还在敲门。我侧耳仔细听听，确认是同事王老师在急促的喊我的名字。肯定是评估的事情,不及多想，我赶紧披衣下床，疾驰办公室。路上心里还犯嘀咕，昨晚手机没电自动关机了，又少不了领导一顿“严刑拷问”。

急速赶到学校，才发现各办公楼依然灯火通明，我抬手看了一下表，凌晨1:30。按照领导指示，补齐相关材料后，东方已经发白了。远望冉冉升起的红日,心中不免感叹，在学校看日出，工作这多年来还是头一回，景致也蔚为壮观。各位同仁，评估来了，“白加黑，五加二”大家准备好了么？

时光轮回，如今，我们校区自加压力，主动接受评估，在江苏省率先试行08新方案。这充分说明我们自信、自强、谦逊、务实。近两年，校区通过与院本部的合并，顺利达到升格高职的目标，但校区毕竟刚刚开始三年制高职招生，刚刚开始三年制高职教学，办学目标、办学理念是否合理，专业设置是否完善，这都有待于聆听专家的指导与意见。我们要以评估为抓手，弯道超越，尽快实现与院本部的协同发展，共同进步，以创造更大的辉煌。

“以评促建，以评促改，以评促管，评建结合，重在建设”是高校教学评估的目标与宗旨。有目共睹，校区近两年的发展已取得长足进步，我们有理由相信，我校一定会在此次评估中取得优异的成绩。

作为一名新教师，我一定会在院、系领导的安排下，积极完成各项评估指标与任务，以积极昂扬的心态，迎接评估，接受挑战，展示自我。

5月6日，评估专家范国强教授莅临校区，介绍08新方案，指导评估工作。 5月20日，校区召开迎评促建骨干教师大会，向全校吹起迎评促建的号角。 5月25日，机械系针对迎评工作做出了翔实可行的工作部署。

20xx年12月，评估专家将要进驻校区，展开全面工作。
