Léon -----The Professional

I always love to appreciate the movies that people have great though. My Friends have told me several times that ‘Leon - The Professional’ is wonderful. He love the acter Natalie Portman(娜塔莉·波特曼)very much. When I watched it by myself, I understood my friends’ feeling. This movie is really a classic.

Leon is a hitman, and happy with his life. When a young girl comes home to find her family has been killed by a drug dealer, she runs to him for help. When she discovers he is a hitman, she asks him to teach her the skills to take her revenge. The relationship between Leon and Mathilda is the theme of this film. Soon she has wormed her way into every part of his unusual life. Leon does his best to keep her out of trouble, and a father-daughter bond forms between the two of them. Leon however has little experience of being either a father or a friend, and is also unable to prevent Mathilda from pursuing her revenge against Stansfield(史丹斯菲尔德). Natalie Portman(娜塔莉·波特曼)is just mind-blowing in her character Mathilda, a tortured child with incredible strength and hopefulness.

The film made a different view that Leon is professional hitman, but not a bad person, however, the cop is a bad egg. These characters made us think more than the theme of this film.

This is one part of the ending theme of the film<<Leon - The Professional>>.I have been moved by this film and the song for many times. The pure love between the 40-year-old Leon and the 12-year old Mathilda impresses me all the time .Neither the age nor the money can block the love ,and only the heart matters.

In fact ,from the beginning of the film ,I've guessed that Leon is destined to die at last,for he is a cleaner .His criminal behavior is not acceptable socially,and he should pay for his crimes.The director should set the correct values for the public.However,it happens frequently that the tragedy can impress the public more deeply compared with the comedy. This film reminds me of one Chinese verse: What on earth is love ,that makes lovers vow to stick together in life and death?

Leon ,a 40-year-old Italian man,is thought to have many faces.However ,he wears the maks merely.As a cleaner ,he must be cold and wordless enough to kill his opponents .When he puts the musk off ,he is just a common man living quietly in real life .In each morning ,he waters his green plants and move the plant to the balcony to make sure that it can enjoy the nice sunshine .He goes shopping to buy fresh milk alone .In the life ,he is simple and honest .But only he knows that he is a lonely man without roots just like his friend --the green plant。He even does not know what he is living for ,maybe for Tony or nothing.He does not know the shape of his heart until when Mathilda appears and he has the roots.

Matilda ,a 12-year-old girl ,who experiences the family's tragedy because of the

drug,is accepted by Leon.I have to admit that she is such a cute ,smart and beautiful girl .After living with Leon for a long time and experiencing life and death , she falls in love with Leon deeply .When she tells Leon she loves him ,Leon is amazed and thinks there is something wrong with Matilda.To be honest ,I can accept this .Love should be honest to the lovers' heart.If you two love each other ,just follow your heart,that is OK.

Matilda gives Leon the taste for life and the roots and he is no longer lonely forever. The most powerful weapon and the most money are worth nothing , only the heart ,the roots and the love matter.
