观《学徒》有感

10到18周的选修课上，我们观看了美国真人秀节目飞黄腾达《学徒》第一季，不论是对即将迈入社会的大四学长学姐们，还是大三的我以及大二的学弟学妹们，这都是对以后迈入社会工作的敲门砖。

看完《学徒》之后我有以下几点体会：

1.入选的人都是出类拔萃的

能参加到这个节目里的人都是出类拔萃的，他（她）们有的是高学历的博士，有的曾在白宫工作过，每个人都有其特点，在各自职业上都有一定程度的成功，所以要让不认识的人对你印象深刻的关键就是你事业上的成就，对于我们来说呢，就是在校的表现以及社会实践的经历。

2.机会是自己争取的 在第一集卖柠檬水的比赛中，男队输掉了，作为惩罚要淘汰其中一人，我本以为会淘汰掉最不配合集体工作的Sam，结果却是David被淘汰了。这位MBA的医学博士在销售方面的确有不足，但我觉得这不是他被淘汰的最根本原因。在会议室里有人提出David不会是一位出色的领导，他却没有反驳，试想，哪个公司的董事长会选连自己都不相信自己会成为领导的人。Sam虽然有点偏激，但是他善于为自己争取机会，不放弃任何可以留下来的机会。

3.要做对集体有用的人

太偏激的人要么会很成功，要么就会一败涂地，Sam后来的表现着实不令人满意，以至于大家推选他做项目经理，成功则好，不成功那最有可能被淘汰的人就是他。结果，他们比赛又输了，Sam顺理成章被淘汰了，没有一个人肯为

他说话。再有就是再组队后，让赌徒花更多钱的比赛那一集，Amelia留下，Katrina被fair。Amelia作为项目经理虽然失败了，但是以往的比赛中，有她的队都取得了胜利，而Katrina却是一直在失败。作为团队里的一员，无论你身处何职，都要做好你的本职工作，领导要合理分配任务，做出规划，员工要积极配合，努力使结果最好，而不是意见相左就不配合工作，使团队效率降低，导致失败。

4.灵活应变，适者生存

卖汽水要选对场所，定好价格；招揽客人要赚得目光，吸引眼球；谈判就要抓住要点，据理力争。节目里所展现的工作才能，人际交往，谈判技巧都是我们生活中天天所经历的，注意细节，灵活处事，相信你会成为赢家。

节目里所呈现的竞争，每天都会在这个社会的各个角落上演，有人得意，有人失意，人都是在生活中成长，不论是生理上还是心理上。那么，作为新时代的大学生，我们又该怎么面对这个充满竞争充满挑战的社会呢？

不要畏惧社会上的竞争，挑战，压力，毕竟，我们都是社会中的成员，工作中除了要做到上述几点，我们还要有良好的自我修养，优雅的举止，适当的 谈吐······不断进步，不断积累，不断完善，生活每个人都在经历。
