关于健美操与舞蹈的感想

大学体育本着发展丰富的体育活动,娱乐我们的身心,作为大学必须课的体育对我们的身体素质锻炼是很有意义的,我的首选就是健美操,因为健美操是我一直以来最热爱的体育项目。

在我看来,健美操是艺术与完美的结合,在动感中让人焕发青春的朝气,在强健中不乏柔韧与唯美。健美操,顾名思义,健康又美丽,每堂健美操课上,前面漂亮优秀的老师,耳边响着有节奏的音乐,把以前只能看电视做着健美操梦的我带到了现实的“梦境”。老师带我们一步步认真的教每一个动作,我们本来麻木的身体逐渐活跃了起来。

当前,在健美操的发展过程中,由于大量吸收了舞蹈动作,使健美操的内容和动作形式更加多样,并出现了以舞为名称的各种健美操,如健身舞、健美舞、健康舞、爵士健美舞、有氧舞蹈等。但在实践中我们发现,不少人对健美操的认识产生误解,混淆了操与舞的关系,在实际运用中产生偏差。健美操从产生到形成阶段,是从舞蹈艺术中吸取富于表现力的动作来充实其内容的。健美操的动作和造型同舞蹈有相似的地方,它们都具有形体美的共性。它们的区别在于健美操是体育项目,舞蹈是艺术项目,健美操动作有利于充分表现健、力、美,促进身心健康,舞蹈动作则要有利于表现艺术主题。舞蹈的基本姿态及形态,是健美操动作“正确”和“美”的基础;在健美操中运用舞蹈动作,应注意动作性、造型性、配合性和抒情性等方面。

健美操是在音乐的伴奏下,融体操、舞蹈、武术等动作为一体的体育运动,是音乐与动作的完美结合,健美操起源于传统的有氧健身运动,是有氧运动的一种,它经常采用徒手或轻器械进行练习,是在氧供应充足的情况下,以人体有氧系统提供能量的一种运动形式,其运动特征是持续一定时间的、中低强度的全身性运动,是有氧耐力的基础。虽然健美操运动发展历史不长,但深受广大群众的喜爱的原因是:健美操不仅突出动作“健”与“力”,而且更强调“美”。它将人体语言艺术和体育美学融为一体,使健美操成为一个极具观赏性的体育运动项目。

舞蹈动作形式多样,内容丰富,风格各异,千变万化,为健美运动的发展,提供了丰富的动作想象和动作素材,且丰富了健美操的动作内容。健美操动作刚柔结合,以刚为主,动力性是健美操的主要特征;而舞蹈动作的刚,主要表现在动作性(劲舞)上。动作性舞蹈力度强,幅度大,变化快,节奏分明,刚劲有力,与健美操动作的特点相一致。而抒情性舞蹈舒展、流畅、柔和,与健美操的柔劲相一致。

健美操是我的选择,尽管我做的不是很出色,但他对我有很大的帮助,也许我不会做的像专业人士那样标准,但过程中的乐趣与收获才是难得的无价之宝。 健美操让我收益匪浅,我将保持这种习惯,坚持锻炼,跳出健康,跳出美,跳出生命力。
