幼儿园英语教学反思

为了提高我们英语教师的教学水平，幼儿园特地组织我们去听了一节优秀英语教师的英语示范课。对此，我受益匪浅！

孩子年龄小，听觉敏锐，对语言有很强的模仿能力和领悟能力，正是学习语言的关键时期。 这一时期，兴趣和动机是影响他们学习的重要因素。 幼儿英语教学不但要求教师有一定的英语水平，更应该了解幼儿、热爱幼儿。

首先，课堂上要用多种方式调动幼儿学习兴趣，让他们精神饱满。幼儿的注意力时间较短，喜欢重复，理解和接受能力相对较差是这个阶段幼儿的年龄特征。因此，课堂的形式要多样，内容要生动形象，争取在幼儿注意力分散之前结束主课。在课堂中，虽然黄老师只教了3个单词，但她运用各种游戏来帮幼儿反复练读、认读已学单词并记忆新单词。先运用小游戏：在“find card”游戏中，让幼儿能根据图片认读单词。在“ high and low voice”游戏中锻炼幼儿的听力，检验他们的发音及聚集注意力。在新单词的学习过程中，根据单词自编动作，把枯燥的单词和律动结合避免了课堂氛围的“冷”及消磨孩子的热情;再运用大游戏变换节奏，让幼儿情绪high起来等等手段来丰富课堂，以有效达到教学目的。在我上英语课时，只有一些大游戏来巩固新单词，而没有用一些小游戏来教授新单词，所以大多数时间幼儿提不起兴趣，黄老师的每个英语游戏，看似普通，其实都是有她一定的作用，并可以帮助她达到自己的教学目的。游戏真的是教授新知识的一个很好的方法！

其次，在教学活动中身体语言丰富，虽然她是用全英教学，但整堂课下来，没有汉语的翻译，让幼儿在“看一看”，“想一想”，“猜一猜”的过程中理解老师

所说英语的意思。这种形式的教学活动气氛很活跃，容易被幼儿所喜欢，并且有利于集中幼儿的注意力，因为相对运动的物体比安静的听读更容易引起人的兴趣，尤其是幼儿。平时，我上英语课，若幼儿不懂英文意思，我就会很紧张的用中文给他们解释，而没想到可以用身体语言来表达自己的意思，在英语课堂上，身体语言往往比中文解释要好的多！

以上的一些形式、手段都比较容易引起课堂的活跃，但也容易引起孩子的“一发不可收拾”，则需要老师需要有技巧地对幼儿“收放自如”，把握一个度的转换。黄老师很好的做到了这一点，这与一个老师的教学经验是分不开的！

这是一堂围绕单词sea、shark、dolphin组织的英语活动,在课前,黄老师英语详细备课,准备了卡片、魔术盒、魔术笔等等，准备非常充分。在课上,她首先拿出魔术盒，说要给幼儿变魔术，进而引出第一个单词sea，之后再加上自编动作，把枯燥的单词和律动结合。之后再以魔术笔图出shark和dolphin，引起幼儿极高的兴趣。在课堂中，黄老师还为下节课的句子教授打下基础，以what can you see？来提问幼儿，让幼儿先熟悉句子，下节课学起来就比较简单了。

在课堂中，黄老师还注意幼儿的礼貌，当她给予幼儿贴纸奖励的时候，若幼儿未说“thank you！”她会提醒幼儿；若幼儿说了，她则会回答“You're welcome！”

在活动中,用幼儿喜欢的游戏,使幼儿在看看、听听、说说、玩玩的氛围中学习了新单词,更重要的是激发了幼儿参与英语活动的兴趣,让幼儿发挥了学习积极性,知道了学习英语要注意倾听,感受英语和汉语的不同语感、语调。相反,如果教师只是手拿图片或实物让幼儿反复认读几个单词,不考虑幼儿的积极性和主动性,视幼儿为填充器,呆板的说教环境,幼儿是不能运用语言去实现与他人的情感交

流的,同时也不能以情感交流为动机来学习语言的。
