会展术语

标摊:又名标准展位,是指国际上通称的3*3标准展位或3*2展位,即9平米与6平米的展示空间。高度约2.35米,使用八棱柱和木板组装的,另外配备2-4组长臂射灯,一个接待台,两把椅子。另外标准展位还有2*2 4*4的标准,不过这些在国内不怎么常见,两面开口和三面开口可以放在一起解释,它是指展位有几边连着通道,2面或者三面是指由有两边或三边连着通道的,另外没连接的如果作特殊装修时需要封起来的

异型展位:是指非标准的展位空间。例如:两个或两个以上的标准展位,在不破坏主体结构时,将中间的隔断打通使几个标准展位联在一起。成为一个不规则的展示空间。或者由于场地空间问题产出的非正方形与长方形的展示空间。

光地售价:是指展览场地周边或内外未搭建标准展位而进行的土地短期使用权的一种租赁行为。

特装:在光地面积内通过不同的材料、展体、展品包装、展位结构包装而形成的一种具有特色的展示空间。

博览会:是指在某一领域非同类产品或某一行业的具有相同属性的物质进行的综合性展示。

指定:是指会展相关责任与义务的权限说明。指定即具有排他性。 流程:分为会展管理流程、实施流程等。根据时间或内容设定的一种表式职权职为分工与合作的执行引导过程。

标牌:是指通过特定的材料制作的一种可用于展示具体内容的标志。

门楣:门楣是展览会议标准展位正面顶端的非展位内展示空间,用展会主办方为参加企业设计的一种企业标识或展示产品说明名称展示位置。

参展商:是指在展览期间利用固定的展出面积进行直接信息交流的特定群体。

AV设备:是指展览或会议使用的音频与视频设备的统称。 招商:是指展览或会议非直接展位或参会者信息的销售行为! 招展:是指展会的展位销售行为。

效果图:通过高科技手段与人工设计表现具体的事物或产品的一种图形。

三二模式:是指通过三种展出方式与二种促销活动相结合的方法来体现一个展览或会议品牌与形象。

一加一模式:是指通过一个展览与一个会议相结合的方式来体现一个展览的品牌与形象。

布展期:通称为展览或会议在举办之前现场施工布置的期限。

净地:是指某一展览场地的总展出面积,而非展览场地的建筑面积。另一种叫法为:展出面积。

常用会展英语词汇

Attendance:展览会人数,包括参展商和参观商等展览会上的各种类别的人。 Attendee:展览会的参加者,一般指展览会或会议的代表、参观商和观众,但不包括参展商。

Attendee brochure:发送给参观商或观众,吸引他们赴展览会参观的参观商手册。 Air freight:空运货物。

Air waybill/ Air bill:(货物)空运单,在航程上可以涵盖货物从发运地到目的地间的国内、国际航空运输。

Adjustable standard:是一种可以在其上随意安装展板的展架立杆。

Aisle:观众人行过道或通道。

Aisle signs:悬挂于展厅内的、用于标注过道名称或编号的过道标识。

Assembly:展位搭建。

Agent:代理。

Booth:展位(摊位),在美国,一个标准展位是10×10平方英尺。

Booth area:摊位面积。

Booth number:摊位号。

Booth personnel:展台工作人员。

Booth sign:摊位楣板,用于标识参展商的公司名称、摊位号等。

Booth size:展位尺寸。

Blueprint:展位设计施工图。

Backwall booth:靠墙展位,其后背墙紧靠展馆墙壁,常被称之为边缘展位。 Buying team:(公司)采购小组。

Bill of lading(B/L):提单。

Bonded warehouse:保税仓库。

Bone yard:运输代理公司在展览现场所拥有或租用的、用于存放展品空箱的仓库。

Consumer show:面向公众开放的展览会,一般需要买票进入,这种展览会又称公共展。

Convention:泛指大型会议、展览或者两者兼而有之。

Corner booth:位于两个或两个以上人行通道交汇处的展位,一些展览会组织对这样的展位收取额外费用。

Carnet:允许展品临时出口的海关批准文件。

Cartage:货物运输费,或指展品从港口到展馆的短距离运输。

Certificate of inspection:发运前对易变质物品等货物进行全面检查并证明其完好无损的证明文件。

Certificate of origin:原产地证明。

Consignee:(展品)收货人。

Customs:海关。

Cash in advance(CIA):预付,指购买商在卖方把货物交付发运前先支付货款。 Cash with order(CWO):预订金。

Certificate of insurance:保险凭证(许多展览会组织者向参展商以及展览馆向展览会组织者索要的一种投保证明),它是一种简化保险合同,没有保险单(insurance policy)正规。

Display rules & regulations:展览会规则。

Double-decker:双层展位(摊位)。

Declared value:申报价格。

Dock:码头。

Dock receipt:码头收货单据,一种由海洋运输公司出具的、证明货物已在码头仓库收妥的收据。

Drawback:退税。

Drayage:货运,专指把展品从码头运到展馆摊位及在展览会结束后把储存的空箱运到展台,并把回运展品再运到码头的运输业务。

Drayage contractor:货运服务商。

Drayage form:货运申请表。

Drayer:指定货运商。

Duty:关税。

Dismantle:撤展。

Display case:展示柜。

Double-faced panel:双面展板。

Exhibit:展位或展品,很多场合下,可与booth互换,意为“展位”,但主要指展出的物品。

Exhibit directory:参观指南(主要列出参展商名单及其位置)。

Exhibition:展览会。

Exhibitor:参展商。

Exhibitor manual:参展商手册。

Exposition:博览会。

Exposition Manager:展厅经理,负责一个展览会从立项、促销到现场举办的各个方面的工作,也称为“Show Manager”或“Show Organizer”。

Exhibit Designer/Producer:展台设计/搭建商。

Export:出口。

Export License:出口许可证。

Facility:同“Convention Center”,指展览馆或展览设施。

Facility Manager:展馆或展厅经理。

FHC:展馆内用于标明灭火器箱位置的符号。

Fire Exit:展馆内的紧急出口。

Flame proofed:(材料)经防火处理的。

Floor load:指展馆地面最大承重量。

四、取消展位

1. Cancellation will only be accepted in writing before the stipulated deadline. 取消展位必须于截至日期前以书面形式提出。

2. All cancelled orders will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge. 所取消的申请需缴付30%作取消手续费用。

3. A written notification by the exhibitor is demanded for cancellation of exhibition space. 参展企业若取消参展或削减展出面积,应以出面形式通知(主办单位)。

4. Only cancellation and refund requests made in writing will be accepted. 取消参展与申请退款必须以书面形式提出。

5. All refunds will be processed after the event/exhibition. 所有退款需在本次活动/展览结束之后方能办理。
