20xx年工程部的工作,在酒店领导的关心爱护和大力支持下,在部门全体员工的辛勤劳动和不懈努力下,克服了人员减少、工作量增大等困难,大力开展维修保养和挖潜技术改造工作,积极主动地解决设备设施存在的各种问题,酒店工程部是一个综合管理的一个部门,我们的工作难度及工作量大是普通酒店没法相比的,在2年多的运行下来各项管理.运行日趋成熟。20xx年开始除了按照年度工作计划要求完成正常的维护保养工作之外,在保证所有系统正常运行的前提下,还积极完成改造项目五大项(门头改造主楼亮化、厨房改造、客房装修、餐饮包间三个宴会厅等)改造装修,比较圆满地完成了酒店领导布置的各项任务,具体如下。

(2)酒店的燃油锅炉,由于设备老化,能耗很高,20xx年消耗柴油达50吨。为了节约能源,我们一方面向领导提出能源转换的合理化建议,起草了《酒店热源替换可行性分析报告》;另一方面采取有效措施,安装热交换器远程温度控制仪,对热水温度进行精确控制,根据客房的住房率和温度控制仪显示的即时温度,确定开、关炉时间。夏天锅炉的开启次数,由原来每天3~4次减少到每天2~3次,降低了设备的无功损耗。对闲置不用的蒸汽管道进行封堵,杜绝了跑冒滴漏。对发电机组改用油罐

小结:通过对水、电、油等能源的严格管理,减少能源损耗给酒店带来的经济损失,降低营运成本,提高计量精度,为酒店的成本核算提供了准确的依据。

四、狠抓质量监督,严格工程验收.

(1)在会议厅装修的前期准备工作中,我们对整体布局进行了统筹规划和需求分析,制作了平面布置、空调、强弱电安装等草图,供领导和设计人员参考。在工程招投标中,我们根据设计图纸和现场实际情况,核算工程量和材料清单,起草了《会议厅装修招标文件》。根据建设工程定额估算出工程标底,供领导在招投标中作为决策参考,(开标的最低中标价和估算的标底仅相差3000多元)。开标后,又立即制定了《会议厅装修工程施工合同》草案,保证了工程如期开工。

(2)在会议厅装修中,严把质量关,从材料进场到施工工艺,安排专人对装修工程进行全程监督,核对进场材料的品牌、质量、数量是否和乙方工程预算书相符合。

(1)在部门的日常工作中,提倡爱岗敬业、尽职尽责、锐意进取、发扬团队精神;工作积极主动,设法解决问题;不推诿、不等待、不计较个人得失。凡是部门能做的事绝不推辞,凡是部门能完成的任务绝不向外发包,主动圆满地完成各项任务。对客房和前台服务员进行宽带上网操作培训,对部门员工采取传、帮、带的培训方法。定期召开部门例会,学习酒店的规章制度和岗位责任制,对前期工作进行讲评。发扬民主,对部门工作提出意见和建议,对工作中存在的技术难题,进行探讨和解析。部门工作井然有序并充满活力。

(2)虽然在20xx年的工作中,比较圆满地完成了酒店的维修保养工作和领导布置的各项任务,取得了一定的成绩,但是也暴露出不少问题和不尽如人意的地方。具体表现为:①员工的酒店意识不强、缺乏团队精神、工作热情不高、和其他部门沟通较

少;②技术水平参差不齐、个别员工技术较差、缺乏独立工作能力、工作依赖性较强;③工作主动性不够、工作效率较低、缺乏主人翁精神、节约意识较淡薄。

小结:酒店工程管理是一门艺术,除了具备对各种设备设施、各工种技术上的了解和精通外,还需要具备和上下级沟通协调的能力,发扬团队精神,加强爱岗敬业和职业道德的教育,努力提高管理水平。
