第二篇：20xx年6月4日工作总结

工作总结

20xx年x月，在公司的正确领导和相关部门的大力支持和配合下，四川分公司全体员工在自己的勤劳和智慧圆满的完成了上半年的生产任务。下面我对20xx年上半年的工作进行总结。

20xx年x月份，当我们还沉浸在新年的喜悦中，新的一年的工作计划已经制定完成。车间管理制度的完善、人员入场及培训、施工机具配置、加工基地建设、检修规程编制、三查四定以、备品备件核对及四川石化下发的各项任务等。

首先，我对20xx年的年末工作进行了整理和续接。继续完善聚丙烯装置备品备件以及专用工具的资料整理。共计整理专用工具292项；备品备件2841项。由于大多数设备备件资料都是外文，所以在整理工程中无疑增加了难度，我边翻译边整理，这样，既提高了外语水平，又对备件有了大致的了解。经历了近半个月的时间，我完成了备件和专用工具的整理。

紧接着又开始了检修规程的编制。按照设备22大类的分类统计，聚丙烯装置有动设备18类；静设备18类（专业维保除外）。四川石化要求半个月内完成所有类型的设备检修回城编制。为了高质量的完成任务，廖经理采用各装置分担规程编制的方法，缩减了各装置的任务量。经历了近半个月的紧张编制中，我们高质量的完成了规程编制任务。

由于业务需要，我检修四车间需要大量的钳工进行生产任务的培训学习，廖经理安排我组织钳工人员的招聘工作。首先我制定了招聘计划，招聘流程等。其次进行笔试试题的编写，尽量做到贴近应聘人员的学习内容。最后由廖经理带队，我们顺利地完成了此次钳工招聘工作。由于安全员出差，我又负责起车间的安全工作。抓起对新进人员进行安全培训及入场教育工作。组织新进人员参加培训，安全考试、入场三级教育等，最后及时的让新进人员进场实习。

现场施工逐渐进入试压、单机试运阶段，我们紧紧的跟踪现场的进度，随时查找现场的相关问题，以照片作为存档依据，直到问题整改完成。同时还要对专用工具和备品备件进行核对查找，把年初做的备品备件及专用工具清单和库房的实物进行核对。截止到20xx年x月x日，共计查找现场问题38项，专用工具267项，备品备件176项。

半年的时间已经逝去，我们还在紧张的忙碌着。为了更好地完成下半年的工作，我们还要在工作中学习，在学习中完善自我，把自己打造成一个懂得多、会的多、做得多的符合本岗位的全方位综合型人才，发挥出自己的最大能量，为车间创造出更大价值。
