人力资源部1-2月份工作分析报告

一至二月份,人力资源部紧紧围绕20xx年度工作目标及创建节约型企业的经营理念,除做好人力资源日常职能工作外,重点从降底人力资源成本、创新人力资源管理模式等方面,认真分析,找出差距、制定措施。1-2月重点工作汇报如下。

一、完善薪酬管理制度,降低人力资源成本。

在公司、酒店领导的大力支持下,人力资源部根据公司目前状况,在20xx年工资基础上,根据公司下达的各项绩效考核指标,出台了20xx年定编、定岗、定资方案,全年工资总额控制在万之内,月工资指标控制在万元/月,酒店人员定岗控制在人。

在具体实施过程中,我部客观分析了酒店人员编制情况,征求和听取各部门的意见和建议,对部分岗位进行优化调整、岗位合并,对现有人力资源进行整合,实现人员合理分流39人,截止2月底,酒店总人数人。

二、完善制度加强管理,控制各项能源费用。

一是完善配楼各办公场所、员工宿舍及员工淋浴室管理规定。采取系列措施:淋浴室限时开放;严禁在淋浴间洗涤衣物;配楼公区使用声控灯;办公场所照明灯限时开启;员工餐热水器定时开启;集中烤制食品等。 二是控制清洁用品费用。规范清洁用品领用制度,核定公区、宿舍等区域范围,合理确定清洁物资使用量,规范操作,限量使用。三是强化

员工餐管理,重新修订员工就餐制度,确定划卡员,根据部门实际工作,合理核定员工就餐次数,严格控制就餐人数。提高厨师专业技能,采取大锅少炒、勤炒、粗菜细做等有效方式,创新员工餐菜品,提高整体菜品质量。二月份员工餐实际费用万元,除外来就餐收入元,实际费用万元, 较预算万元节约元。

3月份人力资源部重点工作:

一,进一步加强制度管理,加强员工餐、配楼物资使用及水、电、气等各项能源费用控制和支出。严格实施定编、定岗、定资方案,实现工资总额、人员定编纲性执行。

二、整合资源,加强合作,做到低成本培训,高效益产出。 加大淡季全员培训工作。一是积极开展内部培训。主要是各部门实操工作技能培训,针对新员工入职、员工专业岗位技能、实操、服务水平提升问题;二是聘请行业导师授课;针对优质服务、企业管理、实操技能、企业文化等培训重点,为中层管理人员提供实效的管理方式。突出员工开拓创新素质培训,突出高级管理人员素质培训,突出员工个人需求的培训。三是建立培训档案,制订培训纪律与考核制度。做到有培训、有考核、有提高。

三、加大全员仪容仪表及卫生质检力度,除每周三的质检外,进行不定期的抽查,严格按照《质检管理制度》,对质检中

问题较严重的部门给予相应的以济处罚。

三、加强人才储备力度。由于春季务工机会增多,劳动力务工选择性大,酒店现个别部门已存大较多人员流失的倾向。加之我部针对酒店逐渐进入旺季人员的需求预测,人员储备工作刻不容缓。

存在问题:当前招聘工作具有一定难度,招聘生源不理想,招聘到的员工普遍素质不高;

针对此现状,我部一是与各大院校联系,选择素质较好的毕业生,解决供、需双方需求;二是利用人才市场招聘、信息、招聘会等渠道,选聘合适的人才;三是分布招聘张贴、刊登招聘广告和网上招聘等措施来招聘到合适的人才。

建议1通过有效的薪酬管理、激励机制及企业文化,激发和培养员工的主人翁意识,从而认同酒店的核心价值与经营理念;2是建议各部门与员工建立起良好的沟通机制,使广大员工产生对企业的认同感与归属感。通过以上两方面,以吸引和留住优秀的人才。

四、其它工作

1、完成待岗人员续签待岗协议事宜;

2、组织员工健康证复检工作;

3、完成劳动用工年检工作;
