第三篇:小学四年级英语期中考试总结反思

期中考试结束了,我对这次期中考试进行分析。根据本次考试情况总结了半个学期以来教学方面所取得的成绩,同时也指出了考试中暴露出来的教学问题,必须踏实教学,提高教学质量。

从考试结果反映出这样三个情况:

1.从学生来看,就是学生的层次不同,一部分是学优生和中等生,另一部分是学困生。平时学习行为习惯比较好的学生,考试基本上都考出了好成绩。而学困生上课注意力不集中,课后惰性强,不及时进行复习和预习,他们往往没有良好的适合自己的学习方法。在英语的学习上存在许多不足:比如, 听说读写的能力较差,学习没有兴趣,掌握单词,语言信息量不足,等等,所以考试成绩不尽人意。

2.其次,从试卷上分析,由于试卷的难易度不一样,因两个班的学生的及格率,优秀率和平均分都不同。针对以上问题,我将采取以下的措施:

1.从每个学生的实际出发,因材施教。分层教学,分层练习,分层辅导,分层评价,让每个学生都能感受到成功的喜悦,增强学生的学习的信心和积极性,促进学生在原有基础上的进步。不要造成优等生“吃不饱”差生“吃不了”的现象,对优等生多给他们创造施展才华的好机会。

2.注重学法指导,开发学生潜能。培养学生具有自我激励,独立获取知识能力。

3.培养学生良好的学习英语的习惯。打好基础,发挥学习的主动性,自觉性和创造性。

4.优化课堂教学,精讲多练。特别是学生的听力和语音判断能力方面须加强巩固。

5.加强课后辅导工作,特别是对学困生的教育教学。我们任课老师都很认真负责,牺牲了自己的业余时间,义务为那些基础差的同学补课。我们还应该和家长多联系,争取家长的支持和配合,帮助学困生,以便提高我们教学的及格率。

6.我们要加强交流活动,在教学方面互相切磋请教,勤于思考,总结并积累经验,努力提高自身的业务水平,减小班级之间的差异。期中考试顺利地结束了,期中考试对学生而言,是对学习态度、学习作风,学习方法,学习效果等学习情况的检查和总结。通过这次考试,我们找到了学生学习上的薄弱之处,又通过这次交流,我们总结了教学中的得失。我们从找问题、定措施,从而保证我们在以后的教学工作中,适时地拿出行之有效的教育教学方法和手段, 力争使每个学生都所进步,不断提高英语的教学质量。

总之,我们相信:只要我们扬长避短,注意随时改正教学中存在的问题并认真做好后进生的辅导工作,就一定能把我们的英语教学质量再上一个新台阶。
