抱怨信英文

Dear Mr. President,

I’m very lucky to attend this world-famous university, but I’m afraid I’m not content with the canteen service on campus.

Firstly, the quality of the dishes should be improved. Undoubtedly, there are a lot of delicious dishes, but all the year round, they remain the same. More and more students are complaining about eating the same food each day. So I think the most urgent problem is to add variety.

Secondly, the price is a bit too high. Many of us hope that the canteen can provide us with not only delicious but also inexpensive food.

Finally, the environment is so noisy that we can’t enjoy our meals in good mood. I suggest that there be some soft music to help us relax.

The above-mentioned suggestions are not just mine, but also many other students’. We hope our respectable president will pay attention to our suggestions.

By the way, the canteen workers are very patient and always smiling. So I think if our university offers them better conditions, they will offer us better service.

Best wishes.

Yours sincerely, Li Ming

Our canteen has something satisfactory and something unsatisfactory as well. To our satisfaction, many kinds of the food are supplied to us. Besides this, the food is cheap and tastes good. We all enjoy the food.

And the surroundings in the canteen have also been improved. But the quantity of a helping they give is not enough. The seats are not enough as well. Some students have no seats when eating.

Finally we advise them to improve the quality of the food and their service. We will feel very happy if these problems can be solved.

The focus of compkunt is the poor quality of Ur food. The rice and buns are like stones and they aretoo hard for us to bite into and chew. And the vegetables are sometimes so ctrercoomeariososioseiznorsoste (and maybe nutrients too). The fish and meat are often given short measure. Nforeoverelli0 Rice of thl food is unreasonably high. It costs us at least twelve yuan to have 3 ina.ls 3 day. Mate canteen..Finliva service staff are not at all hospitable to us students. As a result.manyor us eV) to outside restaurants or snack tars to have meals to keep body and soul together.

Henestly speaking, the dining room setting has been improved, with the wall painted and some Chinese paintings posted up. But there are only two canteens on the campus. As the number of students has increased greatly since last year, there is no longer enough space or seats for all of us to have meals on campus. And another thing I'd like to commend is the free soup available most of the time. In a word, there is still much room for improvement on the canteen service. We honestly hope that you could do something about it to that we will not suffer for the remaining days we are here.

Best regards!

Sincerely yours.

Dear Jones and Sons,

I am writing to query the figures on the bill I received yesterday (Order number: 23897).

According to this bill, I owe $99.68. In fact, as you can see, you have overcharged me. On December 9, I ordered four bottles of Australian Chardonnay at $12.46 each, making a total of $49.84. This figure is quoted twice on the bill (the charges are for the same date).

We are waiting for your confirmation before going ahead with payment of the bill.

Yours sincerely,

Nicholas White

If a company is writing to query the figures, it is making sure that the numbers are accurate or correct.

After I am writing, you use to + infinitive.

For example:

I am writing to query the figures in your sales report.

You use According to…, I owe to refer to the information that tells you about the amount of money you have to pay a person or company.

For example:

According to this bill, I owe you $10,000.

According to George, I owe you $50.

If you say You have overcharged me, you tell someone that they have asked for too much money for something.

You overcharge someone by a certain amount and/or for a particular item.

If you are asked for less money than the cost of the item, you use undercharged.

For example:

You have overcharged me for the last delivery by $200.

You have undercharged me by $20 for this order.

You say I ordered…at to describe the items you bought and the cost per item.

You say making a total of to talk about the complete number or cost of a set of things.

For example:

I ordered ten books at $12 a book, making a total of $120.

This figure is quoted means that the number appears in writing on a document.

For example:

This figure is quoted on your bill.

You say We are waiting for your confirmation before going ahead with payment of the bill when you will not pay for anything until information has been checked by the reader.

You need –ing after the preposition before.

You use with + noun after going ahead.
