考试复习计划

1。掌握听力教程单词、文化知识、先练所有听译练习

2。每周一种题型。

Spot Dictation : 重在熟练缩写,必须找出三天时间找人听写那些高频词汇,做到听到声音立刻写下缩写。

Statements : 重在掌握七个题型和重要场景词汇,以及课堂总结的词伙儿。另外,做题时注意仿真,加快浏览选项的速度,和代换速度。

长段子:把小绿书上的culture notes熟读。注意考试听力技巧和题型技巧。尤其养成对关键提示词first of all,moreover, on the other hand, however等词的敏感。

听译:无论怎样,小绿书每个听译单句和段子都要听过。熟练笔记技巧。然后再去做真题。由于小绿书比真题快,所以在做真题时觉得如同慢镜回放。

新闻题型(高口),在准备上要上网查询07世界大事,我在班上也总结过热点地区和热点人物及事件。要练成倒金字塔技巧,只有强练单句新闻听力,可用小绿书作为材料,然后做真题新闻时以句为单位,听过每句后必须能重述80%内容。

Note Taking题型(高口):1。听长段子(连听5分钟左右),如真题不够用,可用小绿书的长段子材料或者Talks材料; 2。重在练笔记。每次练习后,要看笔记是否能够清楚表现每篇说明文的干、枝、叶内容。然后看笔记回忆,补充并重述尽可能多的内容;每篇在不同纸上记三次。 3。考试不要奢求满分,重在理解,抓住干和枝,已经足够10-12,其他细节词但凡记下几个,或根据前后文合理填入同义词,15分以上不是难事。具体笔记方法和推测方法见课堂笔记。

3。每周两套真题精练。精练就是每次用白纸写答案,不要写在书上。Spot dictation必须每篇能做到一次性完美缩写,才算练完。Statements和长段子练习时做对答案后,要把自己该句中没听出来的继续攻克。听译重在听和记得配合,要把每一段反复听,反复笔记,才能找到最佳的听记节奏。

4。要稳过一个考试,必须在准备时高于它的水平,所以搜集一些课外材料,如CNN\VOA新闻,和其他影音材料。

5。最后,要过听力关,先过发音关。记得英语不是学出来的,不是背出来的,不是做题作出来的,而是模仿出来的。

英语教育是一个很有使命感,很引人入胜的行业,很多朋友在了解了我的经历后纷纷问如何能提高英语成为一名英语老师。说句实话,中国并不缺英语老师,但中国奇缺优秀的英语老师!一名优秀的英语教师对一个学生的作用是至关重要的,很可能一名学生在听了一个优秀的英语老师的一堂课以后自己的英语和人生就发生了彻底的改变,这并不是没有可能的!那么到底怎样才能称的上是一名优秀的英语教师呢?评判标准可谓众口不一。我今天写的这十大标准除了根据我自己的教学经验外,另外总结了我和很多同学心目中的一些优秀英语老师他们身上具备的一些品质,所以这篇文章是写给千千万万个想从事英语教育行业同仁们的一把尺子,也是给所有正在接受英语培训的莘莘学子们看的,同时更是我本人不断努力的方向!

第一大素质:必须要有很强的专业素质!

我相信这是所有人都同意的!一个把过去完成时态讲成现在完成时态的老师是很难称的上是一名英语老师的,一个学生问一个单词就要去查一次字典的老师也很难让学生喜欢上他(她)!所以各位想要从事英语教育的朋友们,问问您自己,您对英语是否达到“精通”的程度?是否可以达到或者几乎可以达到听得清晰、说得流利、读的明白、写的顺畅、译的自如的程度?如果达不到,那您最好还是退一步把英语学好再说,光有一腔热血没有真功夫是在耽误您的学生,更是在耽误您自己。

第二大素质:必须要有近乎完美的发音

这一点几乎可以把中国一大半的英语老师刷下了,但我却依然要强调。作为一名英语老师,如果发音不标准那是很恐怖的事情,因为学生都在模仿你,如果你把i读成e,那到了学生那里很可能就成为了o!教师自己本身就是一个标准,一个学生争相模仿的标准。如果这个标准都不标准了,那教师也就失去了最重要的意义。另外一个原因是,假如你有近乎完美的发音,那学生也会从心眼里佩服你,走近你,学习你,模仿你,最后喜欢上你,你的课也会上的越来越轻松;反之,假如你的发音很糟糕,学生发现你和录音带上读的不一样,那你想学生还会佩服你吗?你的课的难度也就可想而知了!所以作为一名普通的英语学习者,你的发音只要大差不差,外国人能听懂就可以了,因为英语只是一个工具,用出去就行;但作为一名英语教师一定要不惜一切代价把发音突破,因为你是在教别人学英语,所以意义格外重要!一口破烂的英语发音将会把你远远隔在一名优秀英语教师的门外!

第三大素质:能够用最简单的语言讲出最复杂的语言规律!

这点真的非常重要,人说语言是一门艺术,从不同人的口中讲出来效果是完全不一样的!有的人可以将很简单的东西说的很复杂,有的人则可以将很复杂的东西说的很简单,在英语教学中我们无疑要倾向于后者。对一个初学英语的人来说,一切都是陌生的,因为这毕竟是一个和汉语完全不同的语系,所以讲的方法非常关键!很多人在教初学者的时候,一下子在黑板上罗列出英语的五十条语法,分别为一般现在时态、一般过去时态......等等,一直讲到虚

拟语气,原以为学生肯定会被他的“博学”所倾倒,哪知道回头一看,学生早就跑光了!学生能不跑吗?英语学习最忌讳的就是复杂,对一个初学者尤其如此!我在给初学者讲语法的时候都告诉他们英语的语法其实只有一条,那就是主+谓+宾!其它一切都是从这条最基本的语法中延伸出来的!有的老师拿着语法书告诉我,be动词后面的形容词是表语,不是宾语!天!我们得明白,给初学者的事情不是让他们掌握多少条语法,不是让他们知道什么是系动词,什么是表语,而是让他们尽快的喜欢上英语!他们一旦发现英语学习没有他们想象的难,他们就已经成功了一半,您说是吗?

第四大素质:要让自己的课充满激情!

为什么有的课上的让人昏昏欲睡,而有的课则让人上的热血沸腾?我想关键就在于对激情的运用!激情太重要了!没有激情去上英语课是很可怕的,学生也很难被你调动起来!然而激情不是外在的口号,也不是乱喊乱叫,它是源自于你内心的那颗你不安分的心,那颗渴望将你的才华奉献给学生的心;激情不是一种冲动,而是一种视艰难万险为微尘,一种对未来充满了渴望和期待的生活态度,只要你有激情,你的课也会跟着像着了火一样,迅速升温,所以,Please be passionate!

第五大素质:要学着有幽默感!

不管我们把英语讲的多么的天花乱坠,英语学习归根结底还是很枯燥的!再懂事、再听话的学生在听你讲了一整节课的语法后也会产生厌烦的情绪。而一个具有幽默感的英语老师则会让学生忍俊不已,让课堂时时刻刻充满着欢笑声,这样的课是很让人着迷的!当然,我们并不是刻意的去找几个笑话放到课堂上讲,也不能一堂课老是去讲笑话(新东方的一些老师曾经受到过这样的批评),更不能为了活跃气氛而讲几个黄色笑话;所有的幽默应该都是发自内心的,是应该与自己的课浑然天成的,这样的老师学生能不喜欢吗?我们同时也要说的是,幽默有时候是天生的一种素质,并不是每个人都具备,如果你觉得你不是那张擅长幽默的人,也没关系,只要你把课教的精彩,学生也照样会很喜欢你!

第六大素质:最好能有国外生活的经验

我提这一点倒并不是因为我自己在美国读书,而是因为这是一句大实话。我们教英语并不是单纯的去教这门语言,同时还去教语言背后的文化,去教语言所承载的信息!比如我们教学生机场用语,教学生理发场景,如果咱们自己坐过飞机,我们自己在国外理过头发,那教起来理所当然的会更有吸引力,因为你不是在单纯的教英语,你是在教自己真实的生活经验。还有譬如我自己不喜欢的圣诞节,很多英语老师都会在这一天和学生举行party来庆祝圣诞节,一群一点都不知道国外圣诞节是什么样的人却把圣诞节庆祝的有模有样,让我真的很佩服他们!当然,每一个人都到国外走一趟对目前的中国来说还是不太现实的问题,但没有关系,如果你有很强的生活阅历也照样会很吸引学生,总之一句话,如何让你的课具有更多的

魅力,你就怎么去努力!

第七大素质:要善于学习同行优秀的人!

不管你现在多么的受学生喜欢,课讲的多么的好,你都不是完美无暇的!作为一名优秀的英语教师,我们不但自己要努力去做到优秀,还要善于学习别人的优秀!所以我们要经常听一听别人的课,听一听学生对其他老师的评价,学习和吸收一切优秀的东西,哪怕一个小动作都可以值得你反复学习直到用到你自己的课堂上!其实课上的不好的老师我们也应该向他(她)学习,为什么呢?因为我们可以向他们学习反面的东西,学习他们为什么不受学生的喜欢,然后把这些你认为的缺点从自己身上彻底抹掉,让它们永远都不要在自己身上出现!

第八大素质:要敢于向学生认错!

只要是人就没有完美的,只要不是完美的那就会出错,英语老师也是如此。在课堂读错一个单词或者出现拼写错误是不罕见的,学生往往并不知情,但是一旦你注意到了,或者课后想到了,那该怎么办呢?是装作不知情,不去破坏自己在学生心目中的完美形象还是勇于承认错误?我想大家都会喜欢后者。讲错了有什么关系呢?你又不是故意的!但学生是无辜的,如果学生后来发现你当初讲的东西是错的,那我想他(她)会更不喜欢你!所以让我们勇于承认错误吧!我自己经常晚上睡觉的时候会突然回想起白天有一个单词拼写的不对,在查字典确认后我会在第二天课堂的一开头就承认自己的错误,并及时改正过来,学生并没有因此而不喜欢我,相反,他们会觉得我的态度很端正,也就更喜欢自己。当然了,我们一方面要提高自身能力,一方面能小心则小心将讲课的错误率降到最低,如果我们每节课都告诉学生上一节课讲错了,那也是不能容忍的事情。

第九大素质:要敢于说自己不懂

英语的知识浩如烟海,尤其是单词更不可能是每个人都能掌握,那面对学生的提问时,如果我们不知道就应该说不知道,正所谓:“知之为知之,不知为不知,是知也”。如果一味的展示自己的完美而去假装知道,那后果将是很严重的!如果学生不知道你答错了而信以为真,那你是在误人子弟;如果学生知道你答错了,那这对你在学生心目中的形象将是一个巨大的创伤。碰到学生问一个你不懂的问题时,我常常的回答是:“对不起,这个我真的不能确定(知道),我回去查一下,明天给你答复(晚上给你发邮件)。”大家可以试一下。最重要的是,教英语一定要本着科学的态度,一就是一、二也绝不能说成是三,这是作为教师最起码的素质

第十大素质:无条件的去热爱你的学生!

爱是世界上最美的语言!如果你不爱你的学生,那么以上所有的素质都是空的,就好像如果没有1,那后面再多的0都是没有用的!要想让所有的学生都喜欢你的课,你就必须去爱所有的学生,用真心去换取真心!不管这个学生是聪明还是笨,不管他(她)是富有还是贫穷,你都要去无条件的热爱他们,对他们一视同仁!因为在学习英语的道路上,他们都是一样的!因为在你的课堂里,他们都是平等的!刻意的去学习授课技巧,倒不如心贴心的想想如何为他们提高更好的服务,你真心的对学生好,哪怕你批评他们,他们也能感受的到你的真心!所以我一直提倡要多鼓励、少打击,多褒扬、少批评,要知道,学生英语的成功是作为一名英语老师最大的欣慰!

我自己正在朝着这十大目标前进,希望中国更多的人可以具备以上这十大素质,成功中国英语教学的先锋和中流砥柱!
