硕士研究生培养方案的总体框架和要求

为便于硕士研究生培养方案的执行，确保硕士研究生的培养质量，现对硕士研究生培养方案制定工作的有关问题作如下说明：

1、学科简介与研究方向

各学科的培养方案应对本学科进行简要介绍。研究方向的设置要科学、规范、宽窄适度、相对稳定，反映学科先进性和前瞻性，要能适应和引导学科的发展和社会的需求，并能体现我校的办学优势和特色。按一级学科制定研究生培养方案，所确定的研究方向一般不超过6个；按二级学科制定研究生培养方案，所确定的研究方向一般不超过4个。

2、培养目标

硕士研究生培养应当使硕士生掌握本学科坚实的基础理论和系统的专门知识，掌握相应的技能、方法和相关知识，具有从事科学研究工作或独立担负专门技术工作的能力。硕士生培养应坚持德、智、体全面发展，努力适应国家经济、政治、科技和文化发展的需要；应培养硕士生具有良好的思想品德、修养和事业心、责任感。

3、学制

硕士研究生基本学制为2.5年。最长学习年限为3年。

原则上硕士研究生应在一学年内完成课程学习。

4、课程与学分要求

在制定硕士生培养计划或对硕士生培养方案进行调整和修改时，在课程和学分设置方面必须满足学校规定的最低要求。

4.1 公共必修课

政治理论和外语（一外）课是硕士生公共必修课。其中：

1）政治理论课：“科学技术哲学”，2学分；“科学社会主义理论与实践”，1学分。

2）外语（一外）：外语Ⅰ为所有硕士生的公共必修课，3学分。

外语（二外）：第一外语为非英语的硕士生必须选修英语为第二外语（2学分），但不能作为必修课。

4.2 学科必修课

4.2.1学科基础理论课：

学科基础理论课是指本学科理论基础所涉及的数学、物理、化学、生物方面的基础理论课程。在制定本学科培养方案时，学科基础理论课应参照由高等教育出版社1999年出版、国务院学位办和教育部研究生办公室共同编写的《授予博士硕士学位和培养研究生的学科专业简介》一书中对相关学科课程设置的要求，制定一门或若干门基于本学科研究范围要求的数学、物理、化学、生物类基础课程。对于文、管、法、艺术等门类的学科，应参照上述要求制定一门相应的学科基础理论课程。该类课程是必修课程，总计不低于2学分。

说明：数学类基础课程专指由理学院开出的数学类课程，现有数值分析、矩阵分析、随机过程、应用泛函分析、最优化新方法、数学物理方法、数学建模、图与网络、数理统计、模糊数学、运筹学等课程，建议从数值分析、矩阵分析、随机过程、应用泛函分析、数学物理方法等五门课程中选课。工学、理学学科门类的专业除少数特殊学科外，均应学习此类数学课程，以加强理论基础。其他学科门类也应列出相应的一门课程作为本学科的学科基础理论课。

4.2.2专业基础课：

为本专业的必备基础课，所有学生必选。总计不低于3学分。

4.2.3专业课：

硕士生必须修完4门及以上的专业学位课，总计不低于10学分。

4.3  选修课与跨学科课程

硕士生应选修总计8学分以上（含8学分）的选修课，其中跨学科课程至少4学分。

跨学科课程必须是硕士生所在的一级学科之外的课程。二外可作为非外语专业硕士生的跨学科课程，除本文2.1节规定之外的政治理论课程，可作为政治人文专业之外的硕士生的跨学科课程。

5、必修环节

对以下各项必修环节，制定硕士生培养方案时，必须满足学校规定的最低要求。

5.1 文献综述（1学分）与开题报告

对硕士生有文献综述报告要求，文献综述报告不少于4000汉字，引用的参考文献不少于20篇。硕士研究生最迟应于第三学期第十五周前完成文献综述和开题报告。

5.2学术活动（1学分）

硕士生在校期间至少应参加6次以上学术活动，其中本人进行正规性的学术报告1次以上。每次学术活动要有500字左右的总结报告，注明参加学术活动的时间、地点、报告人、学术报告题目，简述内容并阐明自己对相关问题的学术观点或看法。学校提倡研究生尽可能多地参加跨学科的学术活动。

5.3 专业外语（1学分）

由指导教师负责指导硕士生选读和笔译相关专业外文文献，学院组织考试。使硕士生了解、熟悉外语论文的写作及在国际会议发表论文和进行学术报告的要求。

5.4 科学研究训练与创新能力培养（2学分）

由指导教师负责讲授或指导硕士生学习与学位论文密切相关的课程，进行实验技能训练，科学研究及创新能力培养，由导师负责考核。

6、中期检查

中期检查由学院负责，对课程学习、文献综述、开题报告及学位论文工作的研究进展情况等进行检查。应于第四学期的第八周前完成。

7、学位论文工作安排

硕士研究生必须在导师指导下完成一篇达到硕士学位要求的学位论文。学位论文要反映硕士生在本学科领域研究中达到的学术水平，表明本人较好的掌握了本学科的基础理论、专门知识和基本技能，具有从事本学科或相关学科科学研究或独立担负专门技术工作的能力。

培养方案应对学位论文工作的全过程，如文献综述、开题报告、中期检查、论文评阅和答辩程序等环节和要求做出具体规定和时间节点要求。

8、教学大纲与课程简介

硕士研究生培养方案确定的必修课（包括公共必修课和学科必修课）必须制定教学大纲。教学大纲内容包括课程编码、课程名称、学时、学分、教学方式、考试方式、适用专业、先修课程、各章节主要教学内容和学时分配、参考文献等。
