关于“毛概”课堂

为推动学院学风建设,提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,增强学生对课堂教学的感悟能力,教我们“毛概” 课的邹老师决定让学生走上讲台,由“老师讲学生听”的传统上课模式改为“学生讲学生听、老师作指导”的新的上课模式。

学期初,邹老师紧扣课本内容给我们出了课题,然后老师随意指定十六位组长,每个小组采取自由组合方式组成,每个小组的课题由组长抽签决定。这次讲课我们应电四个班的班长、学委和课代表担任评委,对每个小组的课件制作、讲课水平等各方面打分。各小组在接受任务后,先各自通过仔细阅读课本上与课题相关内容,然后查阅相关资料,对课题进行自我解读、自我理解,再与其他组员进行讨论、交流,集思广益,最后每组选出四位代表,轮流走上讲台模仿教师讲课。和平常上课完全相同,在限定时间内,可以提问其他学生,每一个课题都有不同的两个小组讲解,一个小组讲完没有涉及到的内容由另一个小组补充,然后老师对所讲内容及学生讲课作必要的补充和点评。

虽然老师在讲课前制订了严格的讲课原则,但毕竟学生第一次登上讲台,由于种种原因,出现了很多细节问题:时间把握不好;声音小;语言不流畅等等。甚至有同学紧张得竟然不知道要讲什么,只是机械的念课件,但是瑕不掩瑜,绝大部分同学都发挥出自己应有的水平,涌现出了不少优秀的讲演者。他们教态大方、板书整齐、口齿清晰、表情丰富自然、思路清楚、内容充实、肢体语言得体、互动性强。几分钟的讲课时间却迎来了一阵阵的掌声,从而调动了学生学习“毛概”的积极性。以徐洋为组长的小组为例,该组的同学并没有采用传统的讲课形式,而是借鉴了媒体栏目的方式,制作了一档全新的《全民关注》,讲课开始,两位主持人走上讲台,将她们组讲课内容跟实事联系在一起以谈话的形式呈现在同学们眼前,然后又采用连线外景记者、专家答疑等方式,对她们组讲课内容进一步讲解。由于讲课形式新颖、组员发挥出色、讲课内容紧扣主题,最终得到老师、评委和同学们的一致好评,成为这次讲课的第一名。这使的原本枯燥的理论课变成了一门有滋有味的学生最爱上的课。

这样的课堂教学,不但为学生提供了锻炼的机会,同时也给教师提出了更高的要求。现代网络技术非常先进,参考资料极为丰富,学生集体备课,准备充分,讲课学生在讲课过程中可能会提出各种各样的问题,听课的同学回答不准确的时候,老师要给出很全面的解答,而且老师在学生参与讲课过程中,承担着导演和

评论家的角色,这就要求老师不仅要知识渊博,而且还要学会掌握学生心理、充分分析学生、研究学生,注意课堂每一个环节,每个知识的讲解。虽然老师从台上走到了台下,但责任更大,任务更重了。因为整个课堂教学进程都须在老师的指导下进行,一旦出现意外状况,老师要有能力及时调节课堂进程。只有这样,才能真正激发学生学习“毛概”的积极性,做到互相学习、共同进步。

在学生讲课过程中,既有成绩,又存在着一些问题:

(1)与教师讲课相比,学生参与讲课较为浪费时间。每部分的讲解基本进行两轮 :两组学生根据自己的理解讲解,最后老师点评。另外,还有些基础较弱、不太善于表现自己的学生做讲解时会更浪费点时间。

(2)若不注意更新和变化,长期下去学生讲课可能会流于形式,有责任心的学生备课,其他组员不管不顾,这样将无法达到真正交流的预期目的。

(3)学生讲课过程中,多数学生只注意书本上表面知识,缺乏广度、深度和灵活度。

但同时,该教学模式的成绩也是可见的:

(1)讲课学生得到了应有的锻炼,体会到当一名好老师不容易,同时在老师的点评下,注意到自己平时无法注意到的问题。

(2)听课学生收获更大。一般课程存在比较突出的问题就是只有一部分同学在认真听课,大部分同学无法表达自己的看法和建议。以这种“学生讲学生听、老师作指导”的讲课模式,不但能使每一个人都更积极地参与课堂活动,更清楚地掌握了每一部分的内容,也从优秀学生身上学到了很多东西。从而增强了自信心,提高了“毛概”学习的自觉性,掌握了“毛概”学习的有效方法,增进了同学之间互帮互学、团结友爱的合作精神。

(3)作为评委的学生也得到了更好的锻炼。作为一名评委,要比讲课的学生更好的理解讲课的内容,这样才能提出高水平的问题。同时在点评环节更好的锻炼了自己的语言组织、表达能力,还能更全面的了解本专业各个班级同学的优缺点,从而在平时的班级管理与活动中发挥自己的才能。

(4)老师也受益匪浅。可以近距离、全方位地了解学生,逐渐成为大学生的良师益友。掌握高标准、严要求的专业知识,逐步做到授课深刻,点评到位。能更好的灵活、多样地组织课堂教学,不断加强自己教学与管理的综合能力,最

终成为一名备受学生爱戴的优秀大学老师。

本次讲课是我们专业刚刚开始的第一步,难免会存在一些困难和问题。我们将在以后的实践中,不断总结、改进和完善此上课思路。同学们在此次讲课过程中都得到了锻炼,并且大部分同学认可和接受这种教学方式。学生走上讲台,不仅体现出一个师范院校培育学生的基本模式,更体现出我们天津职业技术师范大学“动手动脑、全面发展”的办学理念。
