各位领导、各位评委：

大家好！

我叫丁文婷，是计算机系的一名普通教师，今天我演讲的题目是“在岗位尽职责、对学生尽爱心”。著名的教育学家陶行知先生一生提倡爱满天下，“捧着一颗心来,不带半根草去”，作为一名教育岗位的新兵，我始终把行知先生作为我榜样，坚持在岗位尽职责、对学生尽爱心。

还记得刚踏上教育岗位时，我满怀热情，励志把所有的知识都交给学生。映像特别深刻是在上第一堂课，我在上面滔滔不绝地讲，却发现学生学习热情不高，眼神不够渴望，我的心像被泼了一瓢冷水一样，特别苦恼。为了尽快提高自己的教学水平，我尽可能的抓住机会去听其他有经验的老师讲课，向他们学习教学方法、吸取新的知识。通过向老老师学习，自己不断的摸索研究，提高自己对教材的驾驭能力。人们常说“给人一杯水，自己要有一桶水”，我觉得在知识日新月异的今天，一缸水还是不够的，必须是活水源头，努力拓展视野，力争跟得上学生的思维方式，把课堂弄得活波起来，调动学生的积极性。行知先生说过“好的先生不是教书，不是教学生，而是教学生学”，在课堂上，我尽量做到把学习的主动权交给学生，凡是学生能做的，我绝不插手。通过诙谐的语言，互动的学习方式，学生们的课堂学习效果明显提高了。

怎么做一名合格的教师，特别是一名合格的班主任？我认为只有走进了学生的心灵，与学生同忧伤、同思想，才能明白了学生想什么、高兴什么、担忧什么。记得刚当班主任的时候，班上一名女生，学习成绩一般，性格内向，自尊心很强，特别敏感，与人相处显得任性、霸道、易生气，经常讽刺挖苦同学，甚至动手打

与其开玩笑的男同学，人际关系不好，常与同学闹别扭。我问她原因，她说的最多的话是“我讨厌他们”。我仔细了解了她的家庭背景，他父亲系某空军部队军人，母亲系某商店售货员。10岁前与母亲生活在家乡安徽某市，之后母女随军到盐城，因父母只有一个女儿，特别是爸爸感觉亏欠她，只要她需要，都会无条件地去满足，久而久之，促使其任性、刁蛮、霸道、自私，造成与人相处时斤斤计较，吃不得一点亏，否则就发脾气，难以与人相处。我及时全面地了解她的心理状况，并利用日记作文，抓住其在文中表露出的积极情感，给予书面肯定及鼓励 。平时一有时间就与其沟通交流，教育其宽厚待人，要多看同学们的长处，多做自我批评；在班上引导其他同学一分为二地评价她，并强化其长处，消除同学们对她的偏见；通过辅导，她活泼开朗起来，整天笑呵呵的，与其他同学关系也融洽了，有时在课间还蹦出几句风趣幽默的话语，逗得大家哈哈大笑。正如陶行知先生说的：“你的教鞭下有瓦特，你的冷眼里有牛顿，你讥笑中有爱迪生。” 每个学生日后都将是社会中的一员，只有以心换心，用爱的眼光去发现学生的特长，即使枯萎的心灵也能苏醒。

冰心有段话道出了爱与责任的真谛：“爱在左，责任在右，走在生命之路的两旁，随时播种，随时开花，这一径长途点缀得花香弥漫，使穿枝拂叶的莘莘学子，踏着荆棘，不觉得痛苦，有泪可流，却觉得幸福。”既然已经选择了教师这个职业，我们就要不断地获取广博的知识，培育高尚的师德，播洒我们满腔的爱心！
