观《公司的力量》有感

看了《公司的力量》这部纪录片让我对“公司”这个概念有了崭新的认识。换句话说，我以前理解中的公司只是狭义上的公司，而公司在社会上扮演着不可替代的角色和占据着无与伦比的地位,并且我们要全面发展自己也要依靠公司的力量。

在如今的社会中，是什么在无形中主宰着世界的发展方向？不是某个人，也不是某个国家，而是公司。公司的存在推动了整个社会的发展，公司在主导着世界的发展，也只有公司的力量强大，才能国富兴邦，这就是公司的力量。

在我以前印象中的公司，只是简单的由高大的建筑物、工作仪器，再加上管理人员和工作人员组成。记录片里说道公司是一种组织，一种制度，一种文化，公司也是一种生存方式。在我们生活中，处处有公司的存在，我们处处被公司影响着。公司是社会发展必然的产物。社会要进步，必须由公司的发展带动整个社会。

在当今时代里，已经不再是一个人独闯的时代了，这是一个我们大家合作共闯天下的时代。想要有一番作为，不融入公司是很难实现的。而公司是我们合作的一个平台，我们可以在公司中尽量发挥我们自己的能力与各种人合作，才能有一番作为。公司的力量是强大的，我们可以在公司中尽量

发挥我们自己的能力。

在钟表出现之前，各地是根据太阳的位置来判定的。正因为这样，由于各地地理差异让人们对时间有着不同的观念。就像英国大笨钟的出现，他的出现传递了一种崭新的时间观念：标准时。随着铁路的出现，火车的运行不可能按照各地的时间运行，人们对时间的统一要求更加迫切。于是人们制定出了统一的时间。这一伟大的行动对人们的影响深远。而改变着一切的不是宗教，不是政治，甚至不是科学本身，而是公司。

在现在的世界里，公司处处可见。而现在创建一个公司的标准，不是需要很多的钱，也不是需要高大的建筑物，你只需大声喊出它的名字，于是一个公司便成立了。有限责任公司的出现打破了自古以来欠债还钱的规则。那就是在某些情况下， 欠钱可以不换。纪录片里这样说：公司最大的三个特征是有限责任、投资权益的自由转让和公司的法人地位。公司最关键的特征就是有限责任，这一概念起源于英国，它是指创建公司时，董事长们只承担有限责任，股东所承担的责任只限于他们所投入的金额。这大大降低了股份有限公司投资的风险。使陌生人之间的合作成为了可能。

公司必须有成员，我们要成为公司的一员，必须要满足公司对职员的要求，这需要我们具备这种职员的能力。可能

我们有着去某家公司的梦想，这需要我们朝着这方面去努力，全面发展自己，是自己能够胜任所追求的职位。

世界上每天都有公司开张，每天都有公司倒闭。公司的力量是强大的，公司可以将一个人、一只脚、一个拳头包装称明码标价的商品。历史中股份有限公司成了人们想象不到的摇钱树，可以在短短几个月盈利几百万人民币；当然一个公司也可以在一夜之间破产。一个公司要想长久的发展下去，必须有着长远的计划，有能够管理公司的管理人员和一些技术人员，根据市场行情来发展自己的公司。一个公司需要各种各样的人才，比如管理人员、高端技术人员、董事长等等。而这些人才都有自己的能力，如果我们想胜任某个职位，首先要学习、让自己具备这种能力。

在多姿多彩的今天的社会中，社会需要各种各样的人才。而随着社会不断的发展，社会不在时只需要单一性人才，而是在各种方面都比较优秀的人才。我们新的一代，为了满足社会的需求，不被社会所淘汰，我们就要全面发展自己。不仅仅是自己的专业知识，还有为人处世、与人社交等能力。这些都是我们在大学所要提高的对象。

我的梦想是进入一家大型公司里面当一名经理，而当好一名经理不是一件件简单的事情。它需要具备出色的组织协调能力和沟通能力、善于与人沟通、具备较强亲和力、具备

良好的文字撰写能力和理解能力等等。而实现这一目标一步是不可能的，还得从小做起，慢慢的是自己的职位得以升高，最终达到自己的目标。而我在这些方面都有待提高，我会在大学期间朝着这一目标发展多多培养这些能力。

通过看了《公司的力量》让我了解到公司的力量的强大，让我不得不从社会的角度来看待自己，看到自己的不足。为了实现自己的梦想，要在大学期间充分锻炼自己的能力，才能在将来在公司里充分地发挥自己的作用，是自己的人生层次得以升华！

The Significance of Company

As we all know, there are millions of companies throughout the world. Apparently, corporations seem to function as a factory where thousands of employers create novelties. Meanwhile, this is the place they largely rely on.

But, How many of us have ever thought about such a question: Why does company exist in the society? And what is their origin? Whether there is something special for the firms to last for such a long century? May be we can have a better understanding of the real meaning of the company after looking into some questions like these.

Documentary Power of company tells us that as the people’ need for a standard time became more and more urgent, there must be something new to meet the public’ need. Thus, company appeared.

The precise definition of a company is that a company is generally profitable for the purpose of engaging in business activities or an organization established for certain purposes. To my thinking, company is to link a group of strangers with a same goal. Abstractly, company is like an arena of life, he gives a talented person a platform, where you can find a stage of your own. He actually offers an opportunity to the people who want to make an achievement all their life.

A company is far more than a company. It can be the backbone of a

national finance. Imagine a country without company, and then nation has to get money from the tax. But how can such little amount of money help to promote the development of the country.

“Things changed by company are more than the time. It has rewritten the order people get along with, the rules of the competitions among countries.”

There are many times when we take the existence of company as granted. However, just as we can not live without air and water, company has already become an indispensable part of our society.

Nowadays, hundred of millions people are eager to enter into such an organization with high income to make a living in this competitive society. At this point, many people make a fatal mistake. Invisible pressure might make your life tense enough to be crazy.

I don not know it’s good or bad that company is just like a magician, who has the capability to transfer all the spiritual things into price-marked commodities. Of course, no one can deny the contribution companies make to the marketing. Nevertheless, companies in modern society have gone more and more far than original object and purpose. Some merchants are at the cost of anything to make excessive profits and violate the interests of customers.

I have been asking myself such a question: why has company existed in history for such a long time without disappearing? And why there is

not something that can replace the company to exist? History told us that companies exist in their unique ways and give back to the society distinctively.

Anything existing in the world must have their reasons to be. The company is of no exception. What we should do is to make full use of them and avoid their weaknesses so as to make them serve for the development of human-beings.
