无线通信学术研讨会

摘要:随着通信网络的日益发展及3G与4G的应用与推广,第五代移动通信技术(5G),这一面向20xx年之后产业发展的新一代移动通信技术系统,目前已经成为国内外移动通信领域的研究热点。研讨会上,专家们分析了未来无线通信领域研究面临的机遇和挑战,并结合各自的研究方向,介绍了最新研究成果。 关键词 :HIV Wi-Fi Massive MIMO 5G

一、5G的发展前景及技术认知

申滨教授和柴荣教授就5G的现今发展状况和一些研究此项目的途径做了一些讲解。Krzysztof Wesolowski教授和大家一起探讨了5G的发展前景。

众所周知,1G主要解决语音通信的问题;2G可支持窄带的分组数据通信,最高理论速率为236kbps;3G在2G的基础上,发展了诸如图像、音乐、视频流的高带宽多媒体通信,并提高了语音通话安全性,解决了部分移动互联网相关网络及高速数据传输问题,最高理论速率为14.4Mbps;4G是专为移动互联网而设计的通信技术,从网速、容量、稳定性上相比之前的技术都有了跳跃性的提升,传输速度可达100Mbit/s,甚至更高。

5G弥补了4G技术的不足,在吞吐率、时延、连接数量、能耗等方面进一步提升系统性能。它采取数字全IP技术,支持和分组交换,它既不是单一的技术演进,也不是几个全新的无线接入技术,而是整合了新型无线接入技术和现有无线接入技术(WLAN,4G、3G、2G等),通过集成多种技术来满足不同的需求,是一个真正意义上的融合网络。并且,由于融合,5G可以延续使用4G、3G的基础设施资源,并实现与4G、3G、2G的共存。

5G将可提供超级容量的带宽,短距离传输速率是10Gbps,是目前LTE的100倍。由于实现了多种网络技术的融合,因此5G也可以打破现有频谱资源的制约,实现全频谱通信;更重要的是,通过集成多种无线接入解决方案,5G技术将可以把人类社会彻底带入网络社会,实现万物互联。5G的核心无疑是异构网的融合,它不同于之前的移动通信技术,需要考虑的是技术的融合与应用,其网络构架也

有更复杂的要求,需要研究以下技术:支持高速移动互联的新型网络架构、高密度新型分布式协作与自组织组网、异构系统无线资源联合调配技术等 。

二.无线通信的应用发展

在这一块,周牧教授跟大家讨论了关于“个人移动建设基于众包的wi - fi室内映射”的课题。

首先众包指的是一个公司或机构把过去由员工执行的工作任务,以自由自愿的形式外包给非特定的(而且通常是大型的)大众网络的做法。众包的任务通常是由个人来承担,但如果涉及到需要多人协作完成的任务,也有可能以依靠开源的个体生产的形式出现。以3G技术与智能化终端的发展奠定的基础,经济社会进步为条件,受众的主动性需求为直接动力,众包作为实现手段,移动互联作为创新性媒介走入了我们的视线。一、基于“众包”的移动互联传播创新现状移动互联是时代的产物,是移动设备与互联网双重优势结合的智能化产物,具有携带便捷,操作简单、私有属性,高隐私度等特点。这些特点都为其借助“众包”实现创新性传播提供了基础:1.个性化解决:随着社会的发展,“以人为本”已经成为各行各业的基准,人们对于个体越来越重视,而受众也有了更多个人化的要求,移动互联对于这种要求有着天然的优势。移动终端的私有属性,使得它在保留传播共性的同时,还可以针对个体进行个性传播。

此外黎勇博士和黄晓舸博士也分别就无线通信应用这一块发表了自己的看法,展示了自己的研究成果。

三 、心得体会

这次全程英文交流的研讨会使我深深地开始反省自己。首先感悟最深的是我的英文水平,这些专家的英文让我有种望尘莫及的感觉,听着他们流利的英文,再想想自己蹩脚的英文口语,确实让自己收到了打击。英文只是一方面,专家们接下来的一系列通信专业词汇也让我有一种深深的无力感。虽然听得不大懂,但我还是对专家们所讲的5G有一种很深的期待之情。世界在发展,科技在发展,在这个以信息为载体和主题的时代里,要对信息随时保持着灵敏的嗅觉,这样才能抓住机遇。总的来说,这次英文学术研讨会,让我看到了自己的不足,我以后

回更加努力学习英语,学习通信专业知识,为以后中国通信事业的发展贡献出自己的力量。

Practice report about my working experience at Yale Horizon

Education

During this summer vacation, I was fortunate to practice in Beijing Boundless Learning of Education Science and Technology Development Center internship, which is a newly established English training institution. My major is English, and I want to be an English teacher in the future, so with an unparalleled excitement and gratitude, I carried on my one month internship there.

Yale Horizon Education is the English teaching of Beijing Boundless Learning of Education Science and Technology Development Center. It aims at the children from 3 years old to 12 years old, teaching in small classes with full English. The idea comes from the famous American language expert, Jerry G. Gebhard, taking pure English language environment by using fun interactive, multimedia assisted, the same focus repeatedly demonstrated in different forms to attract children, and ensure that their first reaction of individual things is English, and then cultivate children's mode of thinking in English. Teachers taught in English in the help of multimedia image, body language and pictures, so that children can understand the teacher's meaning in the whole English environment. In addition to the English language, the teacher's expressions and actions are very important.

For my part, the original concept of learning English is only word, read and exam, I never tried to express. The oral lesson is limited to the exchange and display, and not to teach and explain the feeling inside. I was a student before; but in the future, I will be a teacher faced with numerous students. In addition to the tension, I must make good preparations for my own lesson. So teaching is really a big challenge for me. Furthermore, practice at Yale Horizon Education is a process of learning. I can learn the knowledge that I cannot obtain in university. Since the great difference of environment I stay at school, I may meet various kinds of people and affairs, which are far more complicated than those I usually contact with. To study from practice, it may help me a lot in my future job hunting.

The first day I came to Yale Horizon Education, I was arranged for a training teacher. She gave me many training material everyday. At the beginning, my teacher gave me the lesson directly, and I just imitated. Her language was very rich, her action was in place, her imitation of onomatopoeia was very vivid, and her lesson was so fascinating and interesting that I laughed all the time. I extremely admired for her kindness. But after all, it was my first time in contact with teaching, I was completely not suited to this method of lecture. I always spoke a few Chinese automatically and did not know what to say frequently, the whole idea was very confusing. When my problems of language just overcame a little, but coupled with action is really a mess. Generally, I had no awareness of action. If I had the consciousness, the action I made was particularly stiff, but also my action can not coordinate with my language. These problems especially stood out when I told about the pictures, stories, and other static things, unlike the movie, even my language was not so interesting, and my action was not in place, at least children could enjoy themselves in the funny frames. But If it was a static thing, the children stared at the screen, and they did not understand what was the teacher talking about without facial expression, body language, and exaggerated voice, and then they must be boring, and maybe all the children were asleep.

The beginning of training for me is very painful. Actually, I was a more introverted girl, and I had no idea to teach children with dance. But after knowing the teaching philosophy of Yale Horizon Education, I am very recognized. And the thing I can only do is redouble my efforts to practice, for example, a same content, I always practice for a dozen times in one day. Until practiced for two movies, I found something of mine was different. I was not nervous any more; and I would not flustered between the speech and action; what is more, I can also made some interaction with the audience---some teachers listened to my lesson. I had a sense of accomplishment by these progresses. Because I feel that after a period of training, I regained my confidence and that drove me to continue my efforts.

After getting ready for the lesson, I must be hands-on. All the preparations before was just on paper, only real lecture in front of students, dealt with problems that may

occur at any time was the final tempering. A few days later I got a chance, that I had ten minutes to rehearse in front of children after their class. These children were on the period of such teaching methods courses, so their ability to comprehend much higher than their peers. For new teacher, they were fairly easy to control. The first time I briefly introduced myself, and then began our class. Because this course the children had previously learnt, they felt no freshness. They were taught in the mood is not very high. Overall, the course was over, but there was no sense of accomplishment at all. It made me feel defeat, after all, I was carefully prepared for a long time. But after my rehearsal, my training teachers told me that, before the class, I should use more minutes to be familiar with children and play with them, then the effect would be particularly different. Moreover, my emotion should not drop down no matter whether children were absorbed or not. If I was not immersed in my class, children who listened to me could not be attracted by me. At the second lecture, I had learnt the lessons of the last, and this time was much more successful than the first time. Later, when I met these children in the hallway, they always said “hello” to me with smile. At that time, I understood why teachers are such a sacred profession, because the innocence smile of children can touch the deepest heart and I feel so satisfied.

After several rehearsals, I began my class formally. My curriculum was not high, but for me it was a very big challenge. Children were like white papers, they did not know a little English, and they first learnt it from me. Once I thought about this, I would repeatedly tell myself to use my best state to teach them and draw the most perfect symbol on the white papers.

During my practice in Yale Horizon Education, I had been being strict with myself all the time. In the whole month, I had never been late or leave early. In addition, I had always kept the discipline in mind and finished my assignments leaders and seniors arranged for me, winning their favorable comments.

Now, my practice in Yale Horizon Education is finished. I have got through a plenary and satisfactory summer vocation. As a college student, I have experienced the stress and mission of an ordinary stuff. Here, I want to express my sincere thanks to the leaders, seniors and my training teacher, for their patient cultivation and explanation

for me. Under their help, I have finished my mission successfully. They taught me how to communicate with children and parents. During the month I spent with them, my scope of knowledge has been widely enlarged. What’s more, I also learnt the method to deal with affairs, that is, everything does not follow the same pattern, and apply mechanically from books all the time just can lead you into the dilemma situation. It is possible that the knowledge we learnt yesterday may be eliminated today. Therefore, the level of talents the society need is becoming higher all the time. That acquire us that we not only need to be specialized in our major, but also need to get a well known of some basic knowledge in other fields. That may let us be more competitive in the fierce job hunting fair. So, for an English major student, the working experience in an English institution is also useful and practical.

This experience of practice for me is both a beginning and a vital process to understand the society, which lays a firm foundation for my future work. What I have learnt was mostly form leaders’ and seniors’ guidance. They used their practical presentation to show me the principle in the relationship with others. It is one of the most precious treasures in my whole life. How to communicate and stay with others is a basic ability in our present society. For a college student who will get into the working field in the immediate future, there are quite a lot of things for me to study. Thanks to Yale Horizon Education and all of its personnel. Thanks them to give me this opportunity. I believe this period of practice will help me a lot in my work in the future.
