三、综合评价和论证结论：

垃圾箱分类在国外先进国家都早普及，在国内还在初级阶段，在大力倡导环保的同时，分类对资源的再利用有着不可忽视的作用和价值，该项目通

过广告与垃圾箱合於一体的形式，让群众容易找到垃圾箱并自觉非自觉地根据提示将垃圾分类，然后将培养成习惯并潜移默化地将垃圾分类列入正常生活的各个角落，最终提高全民的环保意识，同时该形式又会成为美化城市的一道风景线，对树立贵市（县）文明城市的形象添上重重的一笔，贵市（县）经过多年的发展。完全可以按照先进的技术规程建设，更何况整个项目都由我公司负责承包运作，整个技术先进，经济合理相比传统环保宣传方式可极大地减轻对环保产品的利用强度，提高环保整体质量，提高资源转化效率，它对现实环保经济和社会可持续发展具有重要意义，因此，我们认可项目可行。依据当前国家重点规划环保建设和技术目录等国家产业发展和行业发展规划，特提出“关于贵市（县）安装环保分类垃圾箱的可行性报告”。

3、工艺：铝板剪板折弯成型；除锈打毛喷塑；专业拼装造型；桶盖密合，可防止异味散发、雨水侵入、蚊蝇滋生；耐酸、耐碱、耐腐蚀；箱口加厚加固总重量112千克，桶底特别加强，不易塌陷、变形与磨损，延长产品使用

寿命；其设计符合人体工程学，既环保又轻便耐用，颜色可自定，多姿多样，适用于不同环境与垃圾分类收集。

六、建设期及实施进度：

根据项目规划的建设内容，遵循环保经济发展的客观规律，并参与国内其它地区类似项目的建设经验，确定项目从签约后可进行实施工作开始建设，考虑到本公司的投资运营成本比较大，可大大节约贵市（县）在安装环保分类垃圾箱项目支出，本项目框架合作期限为xx年，合作期限满后，双方可续签。双方在合作方面的权利和义务可另行在安装使用协议中体现。
