Patience

Hello, everyone. I’m glad to stand here and communicate with you. Today my topic is patience.

When I prepare my speech, I think how to make it interesting. So, I want to tell you a story firstly.

One day, Kitty went together with her mother to go fishing. “ Wow, what a beautiful lake! I’m going to catch big fish!” When a dragonfly was coming, Kitty saw it, put aside her fishing rod, and went to catch the dragonfly. But after several minutes, the dragonfly flew away. Kitty got nothing. She went back to the river sadly. “ How big the fish!” Kitty’s mother caught big fish, so she decided to do like mother. When a butterfly was coming, Kitty saw it, put aside her fishing rod again, and went to catch the butterfly. But after several minutes, the butterfly flew away. Kitty caught nothing. When she was back, she saw mother caught big fish again. But looked at her bucket, there was nothing but water. Mother told kitty that fishing requires patience and you can't be half-hearted.

What if Kitty is patient? Maybe she can catch much fish.

Patience always plays an important part in our life. When our friends are down, we need patience to talk with her and cheer her up. When students can't work out a problem, the teacher needs patience to help them. When the children are naughty, their parents need patience to tell them not to be naughty. When we write an article, we need patience to look for sources and think up good ideas. No one can live without it.

Patience has two kinds of definition. The one is the ability to continue waiting or doing something for a long time without becoming angry or anxious; the other one is the ability to accept trouble and other people's annoying behaviors without complaining or becoming angry. This implies self-control, forbearance, persistence and so on. Patience is not only a virtue but a necessity for a happy life.

At last, I will give you some beautiful words about patience.

The beauty of a butterfly is from efforts to break a cocoon of patience and

perseverance;

The bloom of plum blossom is because of breaking through the persecution of winter;

The vast of the ocean is from its inclusion of the brilliant of rivers;

The beautiful rainbow appears after a violent storm baptism.

Nothing is difficult if you set your mind to it.

有关责任演讲稿

尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的同事们：

今天，我要演讲的题目是《责任成就灿烂的人生》。

当一切烦嚣都归于寂静，当喧闹的城市终于在夕阳的一抹金色晚霞中进入梦的旋律，当我们的心灵与自然和-谐地携手芳草绿茵，当我们终于为自己的心灵演奏一曲山泉的清澈和空谷幽兰的高洁，我们迎来了一场重拾企业凝聚力，员工责任感与激-情的春雨。我常常去探访内心深处，问自己今天快乐吗?今天我完美而又高效地完成工作了吗?答案都有些不够完美。因为在我们回顾工作当中发生的事情的时候，领导上司对我们有过批评，客户对我们有过投诉，同事对我们有过埋怨。我不止一次的问自己，为什么如果简单的工作，也会做得不完美?为什么明明已经全身心付出了努力，结果还是不如人所愿?答案很简单，那都是责任的缺失。

责任是什么呢?自从我们第一天来到这个世界上开始，我们就活在责任的世界里，因为经常能听身边的人谈起社会责任，企业责任，法律责任等等词汇，但是对于责任我没有一个全面合理的阐释，翻开词典，我得到了责任的准确描述。责任是分内应做的事情。也就是承担应当承担的任务，完成应当完成的使命，做好应当做好的工作。责任感是衡量一个人精神素质的重要指标。责任和自由是对应的概念。责任是唯独存在于上帝和邻舍的约束中的人的自由。 责任感是每个人都必须具有的素质，每个人都必须拥有责任并履行责任，包括了工作责任、自身责任、家庭责任还有社会责任。因为只有责任才能激发人的潜能，唤醒人的良知，不负责任的人，往往都是那些碌碌无为、鼠目寸光、不思进取的人。逃避责任，就会失去了生存与发展的机遇，最终被淘汰。人也如此，当员工的，不能履行本职岗位的职责，那就不能为企业创造价值，也不能为人生实现更高的理想;当领导的，不能履行管理自己员工的责任，那你的员工就很难不段成长，出类拔萃。

相信大家还能清晰记得“三鹿事件”吧，在这次事件中，如果社会责任真正融入三鹿集团的企业战略，也许悲剧就不会发生，企业也不会受到如此大的打击，无数无辜的婴儿也将快活健康。如果企业对消费者多付一点责任，那么有毒产品就不会流向市常在市场经济日趋激烈的今天，负责任可以成就一个企业，铸造一个品牌，不负责也同样可以毁掉一个企业，丧失一个品牌。温-家-宝总理曾经说过：“为了国家的富强，为了社会的公平正义，为了让人民幸福快乐地过的更好，为了让孩子们上好学，为了使我们的民族赢得应有的尊严，我愿献出我的全部心血和精力”。这句看似平常的话，深深反应了共和国总理胸怀百姓的伟大责任。

我们都是普通的人，我们从事着普通的工作，那么，我们要怎样担起自己的责任呢?其实很简单，只要我们有一颗尽职尽责的心，认认真真的完成领导分配的任务，不折不扣的朝着工作目标去完成，那责任就得到了完美体现。因为，我们的责任就是为企业发展施展自己的才华。
