设计条件:

设计热处理车间零件情况传送设备,该设备传动系有电机。减速器传至传送带。二班工作制,工作期限八年。                                         

设计参数:

 

1—电机;  2—传送带       

3—减速器;4—联轴器

5—鼓轮;  6—传送带

7—轴承(6个)            

齿轮设计要求:

低速级轴选择斜齿轮;高速级轴选择直齿轮。
